Great service, prices and comms

Great service and best prices I could find locally or online. Needed to delay delivery as I wanted to be present when the delivery arrived - not a problem for IM and worked out perfectly. Based on this experience I have no hesitation in recommending insulation Merchant.

Superb prices and great service

Superb prices and great service. Delivery even faster than promised. Very helpful delivery driver even helped with the unloading and storage of the 50 rolls of insulation. A good experience. Highly recommend this firm.

Buying a 'green' product ( two tubes of…

Buying a 'green' product ( two tubes of specialist adhesive) - both robust plastic. Came inside a large cardboard box covered in wrapping tape. Multiple large plastic pillows inside; then large quantity of bubble wrap around two cartridges and then all trussed up in many meters of cling film.
Dealing with unnecessary plastic and waste in the industry starts with YOU - please do better

Most deliveries in 1-2 days - mine took 8!

Web site says most deliveries in 1-2 days. My order from Wed 12th June was finally delivered today 20th June - 8 days. I had to contact the company 3 times to find out why there was a delay - I shouldn't need to do that - good customer service would see them contacting me! I also had trouble with the web site as it wouldn't take a card payment - no problem with my VISA card and I eventually managed using a link sent by email. When the delivery arrived today all was in order and the driver was helpful.
