I still haven't received the item I ordered. It's been 3 weeks. And emailed them several times and they don't respond. It's very unprofessional and disappointing.

First bracelet my daughter bought for my granddaughter through this company tarnished quickly like within 3 months. A year later I decided to give them a try I ordered with this company after waiting over a month I Never received my order. Company was rude. And do not care about their customers experience. Problem still not fixed. Will let my bank deal with this company.

The site is really user friendly and easy to make your selections. I am an excited grandmother of two baby girls, one born in April the other in May. I can't wait to receive their bracelets and start their bestie journey!

I loved the product but there was an error with one of the items it had the name on it twice not sure how or why that happened. I'm not to return things but I definitely will not shop again if a service makes me uncomfortable. But it is very pretty, thank you.

I order two bracelets and I only received one. The first one I ordered was on May 3 and the order number is 5XUNRD3V5. The second one I ordered I it.

I wasn't happy with my purchasing process. I wasn't happy with the wait. End the end it all worked out.

Choice, customer service and satisfaction

I ordered the wrong letter by mistake and emailed them and they said they can't do anything about it and offered me 15% if I wanted to reorder. THis is not customer service and would not recommend any one to order.

The jewelry was very nice for my grand daughter. I purchased the necklace for her for Christmas. I was a little disappointed with the shipping time even though I paid for express shipping. At the time I ordered, the necklace and bracelet combination wasn’t offered and my cost for the necklace was the same as the current combination cost now. I am now paying extra for the purchase of the matching bracelet. The jewelry is very beautiful and should last a long time.
