To clarify, we charge when a potential customer chooses to share their contact information with a Pro. This model is designed to create real opportunities to win business. Unfortunately, not every lead will turn into paid work, and we know that can be discouraging.
That said, I want to reassure you that we take the integrity of our platform very seriously. We have measures in place to detect and prevent any kind of fraudulent activity or misuse, including fake leads or internal abuse. If you ever suspect a lead isn't legitimate or you feel like a situation doesn’t add up, please report it—we’ll investigate and take appropriate action.
We're always looking for ways to improve and better support our Pros, including making lead pricing fairer and to help increase the chances of conversion.
