Instantfitshutters Arvostelua

I am very happy with my experience with Instant Fit Shutters. From the start, communication was fast with lots of help with figuring out the correct handles and fittings. And extra accessories were sent to us to try to ensure that the shutters would work well. I had lots of questions all of which were dealt with efficiently on Whatsapp. I was quite nervous as everything was done online but I am so pleased with the final outcome. My conservatory / home office is completely transformed. Thank you Ben and team !

The most amazing customer service received from Joseph from my initial enquiry right through to delivery and support with tips for installation! The shutters are beautifully made, well built and a really good quality. The shutters look amazing and have totally transformed my windows and french doors.
Thank you so much for such fantastic service, I have been recommending you to friends and family. Would highly recommend to anyone considering using Instant Fit Shutters in the future!!

Its not just instant fit, but instant delivery as well.
Very good quality and great customer service. I will order more very soon

I can honestly say that this company are 1st class from start to finish, so very helpful from measurement to explaining how to fit the shutters, couldn’t be more friendly on the phone etc , would highly recommend them to anyone, keep up the great work guys , thanks again Jim Kelly

I’ve just completed my 4th order with 31 shutters in total. From first to last, the service and products have been exceptional. I had a few queries along the way (all user error!) and the communication via WhatsApp was responsive and helpful. The shutters themselves are a game changer to the aesthetic in various rooms. I did price up against similar products but there was no real saving and the split tilt plus size for some of my windows were not available elsewhere. I couldn’t be happier. If I had any more windows, I’d be back in a flash.

Soon as i placed my order, Joseph kept in contact, help advise on the measurements to ensure the blinds would fit. Kept me up to date on my order and when it had been dispatched. I will be ordering again for the rest of my house. Very happy with the wooden shutters.

From start to finish the service was outstanding! Every questioned answered! Delivery was very fast and quality is fantastic!!

Joseph was fantastic through the full sale!

What a great service from the team at instantfitshutters. I booked a virtual call with Ben on Friday evening, we discussed my needs and measured the window. I placed my order Friday evening. Support was given all the way and clear communication on the status of my order. Ben said he would try and get the order dispatched that weekend, and he did exactly that. Monday was a bank holiday and I received my bespoke made shutter today, on the Tuesday. That’s a 4 day turn around including a bank holiday weekend! The shutter arrived really well packaged, the delivery was quick, absolutely no faults what so ever. Brilliant product, great quality and so easy to install. We will be ordering more now

I cannot recommend this company enough, the shutters are exactly what I was looking for, the quality and durability of the product is amazing! The customer service provided was second to none. Ben was so helpful and approachable, nothing was too much trouble and he was always on the end of the phone to resolve any queries or questions I had in a polite and professional manner.
I would definitely recommend getting the insurance, i made a slight mistake with one measurements which was required another shutter to be made which was covered within the insurance. I am over the moon with the end result and cannot wait to order more in the future.

I found this site by pure chance after being quoted £450 for cafe shutters. Outrageous for one small window.
Anyway I read the reviews for Instant Fit Shutters and they were all great so I took the plunge.
Well I can’t say enough about the professionalism; fantastic customer service; order and delivery.
I was a little hesitant about my sizing but bit the bullet and I had a what’s app msg within minutes just checking that my measurements were correct to double check before the order was finalised.
We had a few msgs back and forth just to be 100% sure before I ordered. Finally confirmed and the shutter arrived the next day
Fitting was easy just a little jiggling with the hinges but I’m so pleased.
10/10 for Ben and his attention to detail. Would 100% recommend Instant Fit Shutters.

Great customer service. I measured and ordered my blinds on Monday, they were delivered early Wednesday morning. The blinds were really well packaged. It took me 20 mins to install 3 blinds all on my own following the online installation guides and they look great. Will definitely be ordering more.

Perfect experience after being let down by Blinds to Go

First class Custer care and service from
Ben house is now fully fitted with shutters and we couldn’t be happier we almost gave up after the faceless let down from blinds to go

To find a business that is willing to go the extra mile for the customer is amazing and I would highly recommend to any one and every one

Keep up the amazing work

This is the fourth set of shutters that we have ordered, this time for the new bathroom. As always they were manufactured to the exact given dimensions and fitted perfectly within minutes. The delivery time is incredible. They were ordered on the Monday and arrived by the Friday of the same week. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to consider fitting shutters. A pleasure doing business with you again.

Saw this product on social media, so was a little sceptical, but researched the company and found them to be fairly local if any issues did arise. We were delighted with the product and a fast, efficient and professional service. Shutters looked so good, be reordered more, and are already looking at more windows to convert...

Fast, efficient service. Very short wait time. Easy to assemble and the fit is just perfect. I am very happy with the product and the service and will definitely recommend.

The service and care I received was excellent. I was contacted by a staff member to ensure that I received exactly what I wanted. Shutters arrived, very well packed and protected. In a very timely manner. Fitted perfectly and look great. Would highly recommend both company and product.

Easy to follow guides for measuring and fitting. Delivery on time and very quick. Took out insurance just in case my measurements were wrong but did not need too as fitted perfectly.

A fabulous product easily installed with guidance available from the IFS team if you have any concerns.
They transform a room at a fraction of the price of traditional shutters and make the doors usable.
Best bit of kit I have bought in a very long time would recommend to everyone

Great company with really good communication via WhatsApp. Our window bead depth was shallower than they advertised; however they were able to provide a shim to accommodate this. The videos on the website showed easily how to measure and install the shutters. We’ve had good and fast communication throughout and no question has seemed to be a bother. The pricing is also so reasonable compared to other quotes we have received. We will be ordering for other rooms of our house!!

Forget the rest because these are the best. Excellent support from the time of order to delivery. Will certainly use IFS for my other windows. If im lying im dying 👌
