Order Tracking issues
I orignally placed one order. Never got tracking info or pickup info. They said it was best buys fault. Okay I had them cancel that order and they put in another order on 4/22, signed my agreements and said I could pick it up today. Yea how can I pickup something when A.) I dont know which location I have to go and B.) have no proof of purchase and order number to give to best buy. So I went to BOTH best buy locations in my area and neither of them could help me or even heard of instafinance 24; only progressive leasing. I had no tracking or receipt so they wouldnt give me the product. Then at 11pm I get an email from UOwn saying my account has been created and the item has either been shipped and/or delivered.
How can this even be possible when you didnt even give me ANY info to pick up said item or if it was getting shipped the tracking info for it .
I will update review once my concern is address and or have my item.
UPDATE: I finally was able to get my order finally.
