Even when things seemed difficult at some point, she went out of her way to reassure me and make sure everything would be okay. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.

I’ve been waiting over two months for a refund that I was originally told would take around 10 days to process. Since then, I’ve received nothing but delays, conflicting updates and generic responses.

At one point I was told the refund had already been initiated, then later I was told it would be initiated “in the coming days.” Weeks later, there is still no refund, no confirmation and no proof that anything has actually been processed.

Every response blames “international banking delays” and “global issues,” but somehow they had no issue taking the payment instantly in the first place. Returning the money, however, seems to take months.

Customer service has been extremely frustrating — vague promises, no accountability and no clear answers. Very disappointing experience overall and I would not recommend booking with them based on how they handle refunds.

The Visa representatives Jacqueline and Junaid were awesome. Very professional and kept following up and I got my visa in less than 8 hours.

Insta global travels are white collar scammers. They have a UAE helpline number which is in call forwarding. They promise you for getting the visa within 72 hours. However, after months they come up stating your visa application got rejected and there will be no refund provided. Upon contacting the Saudi embassy, they already had initiated the refund and deducted only 1 dollar. Insta global is refusing to initiate the refund back. They are charging for scamming. They deliberately making mistakes in submitting the application. I already have reported them.

Really our one Day Dubai Trip was amazing. It's executed as per plan. Expecially organizer Ms Nora was very helpful, friendly and give timely updates. They made it perfect on short notice. We really enjoyed. And also Cab Driver Mr.Gulab was very nice person, explained Dubai places , patience and very friendly during the trip. I really recommend them for Trips. Enjoyed a lot.
