after u apply there is a WhatsApp chat that help u through it, then immediately after they receive their money, they are not supportive, they give u to another chat which doesn't help. and also they make u pay a visa before requirements. they give you promises they cant keep so that they can make the money. i wouldn't do any visa with them again. and if you about too. please make sure u have all the documents and questions answered before u apply, because the payment is non refundable, and u wont get a customer support to tell you the next step.

They are 100 percent scammer. Here there are many people put positive review. It is not possible. All positive reviews are cooked by themselves.

its bad as i apply the application and mention the date of travel but i lost my money and lost the business contract because they not do my visa im not recommend any one to deal with them as they not care about visa all what they care is how to pay without any follow up from visa section service is so bad and staff the have one answer under process that all they dont want to solve the issue

I specifically informed them what my travel date was and to make sure there is enough time before my departure date to make sure everything is ready. They kept delaying application saying it would expire soon and we will apply later so you can get maximum out of validity. It is now 8th June and I still have no update my travel date is this coming Sunday.
Now the main support number is not replying to my messages despite reading them
They also weren’t transparent about any additional fee during application even though I specifically asked them if there would be any additional fee at all but later they kept pressuring me to get the insurance fee
Their customer support is absolutely shitty and they do not care about their customers at all
I have all the screenshots and will be filing an official complaint with the relevant uae authorities

I paid for my Dubai Visa about 4 weeks ago. They told me it will take 48 to 72 hrs to process the Visa but now they keep ignoring my what’s app messages. It’s a day left to my flight date and I still haven’t received my visa. Completely frustrated, all they keep telling me is it’s under processing.
The worst decision you could make is choosing them.
