You should act with a service-oriented approach, not in terms of receiving money and specifically. If a visa is canceled the first time, you should find out the reasons and apply for the next time. The visa has been canceled twice. Your company did not provide a service that is worthy of the experience.

My experience with Insta Tourism was extremely disappointing.

I paid USD 699 for what was explicitly sold as a 2-hour emergency Saudi visa service. Based on that representation, I maintained my flight booking, hotel reservation, and scheduled business meetings in Saudi Arabia.

More than 19 hours later, the visa had still not been issued. During the process, I was even sent an expired visa by mistake, causing further confusion and delay. As a direct result, I missed my flight, lost important business opportunities, and incurred unnecessary travel and accommodation expenses.

Only after the service failed to deliver was I informed that processing depends on immigration authorities. This critical limitation was never disclosed when the premium express service was being marketed and sold. Had it been clearly communicated, I would never have paid USD 699 for the service.

Charging a substantial premium for a "2-hour express visa" while later relying on immigration delays as an explanation is misleading and unacceptable. Customers should be aware that the advertised timeframe appears to be far from guaranteed.

I am still seeking a full refund of the express service fee and cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I wanted to obtain visa for UAE and paid the amount on their portal. But due to some urgent work I had to cancel my trip to UAE. I got in touch with them for getting refund or use of that funds for future requirement. Mahira helped me a lot with the options available and I truly appreciate her thorough professionalism.

It was sometime that i had been following up but was unable to get actual correct visibility. Luckily I got connected with Junaid in one of my follow up (May be last follow up) & he committed the deliverables with a timeline.
