Junaid very helpful and quick on resolving documentation

I applied for a Saudi visa through this company for Umrah during Eid and applied more than 20 days in advance. They promised processing within 48–72 hours but did not start my application immediately and said they would process it 10–15 days before travel, even after I requested same-day submission.

They also did not inform me about additional insurance charges upfront. After payment, they claimed it was mandatory and asked for 125 USD (459 AED), whereas as per Saudi guidelines, insurance is already included with the visa or can be purchased separately for under 80 AED.

Even after 48 days, my visa is still not approved, and there has been no proper response. They keep saying it is “in process with Saudi Immigration.” They also made multiple mistakes in my visa application without my approval and dismissed them when I raised concerns.

Their customer support is very poor. An executive named Faiz provided incorrect information and communicated unprofessionally.

When I requested a refund, they asked me to email but never responded. Because of this, I miss my Umrah. Their manager, Ubair, is also never available in office.

Highly not recommended and even we should go legal against them.
