I am submitting this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with this company’s services. I enrolled in their program in October 2024 with the understanding that they would assist in setting up and managing an Amazon FBA business. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not realized any profit to date.

Shortly after enrollment, I was informed that due to trade restrictions, the Amazon FBA store could not be established as planned and would need to be transitioned to Walmart or eBay instead. Unfortunately, even after an entire year, no tangible progress has been made in setting up or operating a store on either platform. Meanwhile, I continue to incur monthly storage fees with Amazon for inventory that remains idle.

This lack of accountability and follow-through has been both financially and professionally disappointing. I strongly urge others to exercise caution before engaging in any business with this company.

Terrible experince with this company. I am pretty sure I got scammed. They took my initail investment in June 2024. It has been a year and my store has never been opened. I have asked for a phone call but they only communicate through Slack. At this point I am not sure they are a real company. STAY AWAY

Hey guys, be alerted of dealing with these people, they are totally scam, believe me, I lost thousands of dollars, and never received a penny, they never posted a single item on my account, and have never been responsive for over a year now, I hope I could give negative stars.

When I first had the zoom call , they were nice 4 people joined looked like a profession team, their sales person Amy Dan promised all big. I have explicitly told them I am going to use kids college fund. They were promising big.
I asked them to show online store, but they showed power points , stating that its a voilation of customer privacy. What do I know about the law . I respected the concensus on that .
Their company is registered in wisconsin, but the bank account is NY , I should have realized that, but I was too excited to open the store . After i transferred my kids college savings . They wanted more money for inventory , so used my credit card to pay another $2500 . Then slowly responses are delayed. I have attached the slack screen shots . Never game me any proof or anything. They were always saying shipping got delayed . Not a single item listed.
Finally I asked for refund , they said they want to give one more shot , So I gave them 2 months saying that they can refund now only if second attempt fails , they will refund no questions asked. you can see the email down below. After that no response to email . I have called their 100's of time. Looks like my number was blocked. I have sent 100's of text messages . No reply my number got blocked
Later on I realized this is big scam please run away from this company. Out of helpless ness and feeling sorry for myself , could not sleep for a while and went into a depression.
Now I am putting a file together with all the evidance I have. Planning to send it to FBI and local offices . Just want to see ,somebody out there can help me and also stop these guys robbing people lives

I am writing in hopes of recovering $9,000—a significant amount of money to me—that I lost after being scammed by a woman claiming to represent Inspired Automations. This money was intended for my retirement investment, and losing it has left me anxious and deeply distressed about my future, as I have no pension or retirement plan. At 65 years old, I suffer from several health conditions, including diabetes, gout, and hypertension, which make working increasingly difficult. The emotional toll of this scam has been devastating, affecting my ability to sleep and my quality of life.

The scam began in July 2024, when I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Inspired Automations, a company claiming to offer “done-for-you” eCommerce services at a fraction of the cost of competitors. Intrigued but cautious, I entered my contact information and was soon contacted by a woman identifying herself as Amy. Using the number 209-813-0480, she claimed to be in Wisconsin, though records show the number is associated with Mila Johnson in Leesburg, Florida. Amy repeatedly called, reassuring me that their company had been in business for over seven years and promising significant returns on my investment within months. Initially, I was hesitant, but desperate to secure a retirement income, I eventually agreed to pay $9,000, despite my financial constraints and skepticism.

To verify the company’s legitimacy, I researched Inspired Automations through the Wisconsin Department of Financial Records and Trustpilot. Most Trustpilot reviews were positive, though one negative review resonated with me. A man claimed the company had failed to deliver on promises of quick revenue generation, eventually refunding only half of his investment. Despite this, Amy’s persistence and assurances swayed me.

Since transferring the funds, I have received no income or evidence of progress. Inspired Automations has failed to fulfill any promises outlined in the contract, including generating revenue or providing proof of inventory purchases. Communication has been sparse, and Amy has not contacted me since I transferred the money. Instead, I have been directed to a Slack channel to communicate with an avatar named Frank, whose responses are infrequent and vague. The company’s excuses for delays, such as inventory negotiation and shipping issues, lack credibility for a supposedly established organization.

Efforts to resolve the situation have been met with false assurances and evasive responses. Requests for proof of performance, such as profit and loss statements or sales documentation, have gone unanswered. Recently, I filed a dispute with my bank, which prompted a rare text from Frank, though it provided no resolution. I am desperate to recover my funds and bring attention to this fraudulent operation. Inspired Automations targets vulnerable individuals like myself, and their actions must be stopped.

I have supporting documentation, such as text and Slack message threads, the contract with Inspired Automations, business information from the Wisconsin Department of Financial Records, and much more documenting everything.

This is a short version and summary of the long narrative I have of the negative experiences I have with this company. After 7 months, I still have not received any documentation of performance and the company still says they are waiting on inventory, and they will not return my $9,000 even though the contract says they will return my money if they don't recover my $9,000 after 6 months. The phone number the original lady called me on which is also the number on the contract is no longer working and nor is the email that's on the contract. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I partnered with Inspired Automations after months of researching Amazon FBA automation services. From the initial consultation, the team was transparent about the process, timelines, and expectations. They helped set up my seller account, sourced products with strong sales history, and handled everything from brand approvals to logistics. I appreciated that I had a dedicated account manager who provided updates every few weeks and walked me through monthly performance reports. Now, 6 months in, my store is consistently generating $8K–$10K in monthly sales, and I'm seeing a 25–30% profit margin. I haven’t had to touch inventory or deal with Amazon’s complex policies everything is managed for me. Inspired Automations isn’t a ‘get rich quick’ scheme, but they do offer a real, sustainable business model if you’re willing to invest and stay patient during the ramp-up phase.

I paid $11,700 in Aug 2024. Waited 7 months for inventory, which still did not show up with some BS stories. Demanded the refund based on their contract clause (if you don't make your money back in 6 months they will refund your money). They refused the refund trying different ways to make it work, but still refusing to honor their contract and inventory still being missing. I reported them to FTC and you can too.

Don’t have anything to say except worst, useless and unethical company. I highly recommend do not work with useless people and useless company. The people are fake. Claimed that US company but not sure they just announce “ we are closed “ for normal working days in the US. They fake promises higher and never respond. They just money and disappear. If there is rating of -10 , that’s my rating for unethical and unprofessional company

They are simply not responding since for the last 6 months.
I have been calling and sending them emails but no use.
Hav transferred them 22,000 $ In March & April 2024.
In Aug 2024 Mr. Avram confirmed me that after three months they will return all of money back.
Upon enquiring in Oct 2024 Michaela Thomas replied that they cannot return the money as I haven't provided them the complete documents.
Our contract state that I have to provide EIN which I duly provided.
They said they can run the stores and cannot return the money but their contract state that if am not satisfied they will return all my money back in six months.
I hav all the proofs of call records and emails.
They are not responding at all.
Not fulfilling their own made contracts.
Pathetic attitude
But after October 2024 they stopped replying

I used to struggle with my online business and hardly got any sales. Thanks to Inspired Automations, my Amazon FBA store now gets steady orders every week. Their smart ideas and attention to detail have completely turned things around for me. I’m so happy with the results!

Looks like another scam group, amazed they’re allowed to advertise on the popular social sites.
I paid this company to set up my Amazon store in Sept 2024. Nothing has been done, nobody will answer the phone, messages on Slack simply say they are waiting on my inventory which never arrives. No accountability, nobody will answer a phone call. Time to get the lawyers involved.

I paid this company to set up my Amazon store on June 25, 2024. The cost of the store was $9000. I also paid $2000 as it stated in the contract for inventory. Very little has been done, nobody will answer a phone call, messages in slack simply say they are working on it and they literally told me they gave my inventory to somebody else because they had their site working. And now, nobody will answer a phone call. Time to get the lawyers involved.

At first, the results with my eBay store weren’t as fast as I hoped. Sales were slow in the first month, and I started wondering if this would work out. But by the second month, things improved a lot. Inspired Automations’ team optimized my listings and explained that growing an e-commerce business takes time. Now, my store is doing better than I expected.

With this company, I get to know how some people charge too much money from their clients or don't deliver anything in return. The price for this one is a bit high too, but the sales they’ve helped me make are good. It’s been 5 months since I joined, and while I haven’t recovered my investment yet, I’m making sales and earning a good profit, which was my main goal. I hope to recover my investment in 2 more months.

If you’ve checked out other agencies, Inspired Automations is one of the better ones that actually helps you make a profit. I’m giving them 4.5 stars because they promised I’d recover my investment in 6 months, but I think it will take 8 or 9 months instead.

Inspired Automations is a true professional team. I’ve worked with other agencies for Amazon PPC and Google PPC, but they didn’t do much besides take a monthly fee. Inspired Automations is completely different. They give regular updates, have calls to discuss progress, and make constant improvements. They’ve raised the standard for PPC campaigns. I highly recommend Inspired Automations if you want great results!

They helped me generate $35K to $70K in sales for my private label store. It exceeded my expectations. I thought they would only test the products initially, but they delivered profits from my very first product. They have a very talented team.

I invested with them 3 months ago in the starter plan, and the initial results seemed good. I recovered my investment in just two and a half months. But for the last five months the results have not been as favorable. They mentioned that this is due to Q4. Still, I believe it's better than other agencies that lost $20,000 in my Etsy account.

This is my 9th Month with Inspired Automations and I've already recovered the investment that I made into their program. A+ Team, very satisfied. Looking forward to achieve more profits with their team. Thanks 👍

I've had a great time working with this team. They're really helpful, quick to respond, and they work really hard. They know a lot about selling things in Bulk on Amazon and they're really good in Seller Central. I think they're a great choice for anyone who needs help with Amazon FBA wholesale stuff
