Great customer service

Great customer service, can’t fault them. Only took one star off due to delivery time as not as quick an advertised. Great communication via phone and email.

Fantastic customer service

I contacted this company as I was having trouble using the online portal for my order. I spoke with Susan who was extremely helpful and efficient with my query and couldn’t have done more to help me. It was greatly appreciated. My order was processed and I received email confirmation of this. I asked that my delivery could be on a Monday or Friday, this wasn’t a problem and it arrived the following Friday. The delivery drivers were friendly and helpful and the order arrived within the time slot given, I also received a call advising when they were 30 mins away. The bed I ordered is exactly what I wanted it to be,, it was easy to assemble and is very well made and definitely worth the money.
I will definitely use this company again for further furniture orders and i highly recommend using this company.

Thankyou for the great service when buying a new bed .The girls were very informative ,I found just what I needed and within 5 days the bed was delivered .

I received my lamp today

Great Service from the moment you step…

Great Service from the moment you step into the Store. Girls are so very friendly and give you lots of information about the beds and what would suit you better. I never look elsewhere, my 3rd time shopping here, even got my son to buy a bed. So much selection, very reasonable pricing and quick delivery. First Class, would definitely recommend this Company .

Excellent customer service

We would like to thank Sue and staff for helping us choose our complete new storage bed, we absolutely love it. Not only is it very comfy but the storage is also a great plus. Everything was explained in detail to help us choose the right bed for us. The bed was delivered and constructed on time too. We couldn't fault anything and would definitely recommend and shop here again

Double Oberon plus mattress

Pleased with the mattress bought for our son.
Very fast delivery, I would have given five stars but no communication received re delivery day - luckily I was in.

Amazing customers service from start to…

Amazing customers service from start to finish. The girls go out of their way everytime to make sure they get the correct product for you. I have purchased 3 beds, bedroom furniture and tv unit. I can honestly say I will not shop anywhere else. 100% recommend

Brilliant all round - don't ever change

I ordered a mattress at 9.30 am and it was delivered the next day at 1.30 pm. From the moment I made my initial enquiry I was kept informed on what was going on and was never in the dark at any time. Excellent service, excellent communication and such nice people to deal with. Well done!
