Professional, fast and very experienced

Both Luke and Michelle are efficient, professional, easy to deal with and excellent at their jobs. I strongly recommend them!

This was easy as ABC - Luke was a breeze to deal with and very timely in communication and final report - A+++

Would recommend to others if needing a building inspection.

Luke was very through and prompt with his report. I would highly recommend Luke and use him again.

Luke has gone well beyond merely providing us with a 'report'; his insights into what can and can't be done with the properties he has inspected for us have helped guide us away from mistakes!

A wonderful experience with clearly a professional

I highly recommend Luke, he was so quick and easy to deal with. My conveyancer passed me his details and I’m glad they did. If you need reliable, professional service, Inspector Hawkeye is the one to call. Thank you Luke and Imogen!

Got great, friendly and speedy service from Luke, these guys set an example for how a good business should operate.

Professional, fast and friendly! Luke came highly recommended by our conveyancer and was a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful and good-humoured on the phone, arranged our building and pest inspection very quickly and produced a thorough report within hours of the inspection. Zero fuss and zero delays! We would absolutely use Luke again.

Good, thorough and timely inspection.

Luke is absolutely amazing! From when I first contacted Luke he was able to arrange an inspection with the real estate agent by the next business day - also the report came through within hours of the building/pest inspection! Luke is very easy to deal with and extremely efficient, would 100% recommend Luke and the Team at Inspector Hawkeye!

we have used Luke a couple of times now he is always on time if not early ! is respectful, and efficient, up for a chat and a general nice guy, reports are completed quickly and Luke is more than happy to field any questions from the report as well.
Great inspector great company

Dealt with Luke who was extremely helpful and cooperative. They are thoroughly official and report also came in quick. We already used them twice. Strongly recommended.

Inspector Hawkeye inspected 3 properties for us, including one where my wife and I were present and asking questions. We couldn't be happier with the service. Luke's observations were honest, thorough, and swift – precisely the qualities needed when you're working through the barrage of information and feelings of a fast housing market.
