Customer service and communication is very good, but their phone line ,if you try to call them straight and urgent, it’s none existent and waste of time, don’t even know why they have a phone number there. Their next day call back option is good and they call you on the time ask for them to call

Cancelling policy after 2 weeks without reason given
It is impossible to get through to customer service; I tried for several hours over two days with no success. I bought a 30-day policy on September 18th, and after 12 days, it was cancelled without reason; to avoid being stopped by the police, I had to purchase another 30-day policy from them. I’ve been trying to contact customer service, but all you get is an AI assistant—there is no way to speak to a real person. I’ve been using various insurance companies for 15 years—like Acorn and Zego—but Inshur is the worst.

Good prices and services
Best thing is how easy is to use the website to make quote compared to other provider.
I been looking for a car in the past months and I had to get a quote for a lot of different vehicles, the process to get it it's very smooth and once I choose the car I just clicked on the one button and get the cover immediately.
The prices as well very clear and honest.
They sent all the documents straight after and then I uploaded to uber and went approved within 1 hour.
Highly recommended.
