Honestly

Honestly, I didn't have great expectations for this service, but I stand corrected. The product is excellent and better than I'd hoped for. Customer service and communication is top class. The photo I sent for inscription was rendered perfectly on the small charm, in good detail. Well done guys!

The best customer service

The best customer service, can’t thank the team enough! My Mum lost a charm with her late Mums hand writing on which we originally order back in 2023. We’ve since misplaced the card with the original writing so I reached out to Inscripture to see if there was any way they held the original order which the did!!!! I placed an order and they sorted it for. Amazing communication and service! Thank you again!

Beautiful

This is the 3rd item of jewellery I have purchased. Each one has been absolutely beautiful.The customer service team are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful item

Beautiful item, helpful filling kit and instructions, lovely packaging with a thoughtful token inside. Really happy with the look and feel, and to have a bit of my dad with me every day. Only bit of feedback I would offer is to maybe have a choice of chain types and/or lengths when ordering.

Excellent product and service

Ordering was really simple, knecklace arrived really quickly and beautifully packaged. It had an additional charm included which was a wonderful surprise! Two fingerprints positioned as a heart, absolutely stunning :)

silver heart charm photo keyring

I have received a silver heart charm to give to my husband on our silver wedding anniversary with a wedding photo of us engraved on one side and my handwritten message on the other side as a keyring
Excellent service from Natalie who could sense my anxiety about getting this gift perfect and sent me a proof of how my photo would appear on the charm
Also such quick service - it arrived the following day after I had finalised the order
Looking forward to presenting it to my husband on our special day
