We’d like to clarify the situation. We categorically deny these accusations.

This individual was removed from our platform for a serious violation of our policies. As clearly outlined in the agreement every contractor accepts before working with us, sharing internal company information with third parties is strictly prohibited. He knowingly leaked confidential information to another platform and created unnecessary internal disruption. That is a major breach of trust — not a minor issue.

Payment is handled strictly according to our terms and conditions. Contractors who violate core policies, including confidentiality agreements, are subject to termination under those same terms. Attempting to label the company a “scam” after being removed for breaking clearly stated rules is misleading and retaliatory.

The claims about our staff being “inexperienced,” working elsewhere in unrelated roles, or us hiring without any ID verification are simply misleading and have nothing to do with the policy that this contractor broke knowingly. We have structured onboarding procedures, compliance requirements, and internal oversight. We also have many active, long-term contractors who consistently follow the rules, perform professionally, and do not engage in this type of behavior.

As for the vague claims about “trolling orders,” there is no factual basis provided because there is none. We maintain operational standards and continuously monitor quality and account integrity.

It’s unfortunate when someone who violated a confidentiality agreement attempts to damage a company’s reputation instead of taking responsibility for their actions. We stand by our policies, our team, and our record.

Hello Mariella,

We’re sorry to hear that you’re dissatisfied with the outcome, but we must clarify several incorrect claims made in this review.

First, the service you purchased was completed exactly as ordered. The requested rank was delivered successfully. Labeling the service as a “scam” is therefore inaccurate.

Second, none of our boosters use cheats, third-party software, or any prohibited tools. All boosters are vetted and closely monitored, and the claim that cheating was involved is false.

Regarding the ban and rank reversion: the game publisher has recently implemented stricter enforcement policies related to account boosting, which can include temporary suspensions and rank rollbacks. These actions are taken solely by the publisher and are outside of our control.

While we do our best at InsaneBoost to minimize risk and take various measures to make boosting as safe as possible, we cannot fully control whether an account gets flagged or penalized by the game publisher. As outlined in our Terms of Service, boosting inherently carries risk—even when performed safely.

Despite this situation, we made multiple good-faith attempts to offer compensation in the form of additional games. These offers were not accepted. Instead, you repeatedly insisted on having Gold I restored, even though that rank had already been achieved and delivered and was later reverted by the game publisher’s own enforcement actions.

Unfortunately, we cannot reinstate ranks, reverse bans, or influence the publisher’s decisions. Refunds are also not possible for a service that was fully completed, as our contractors are compensated for the work they accomplished.

We understand your frustration, but it’s important for future customers to have accurate information:

-) The order was completed as purchased
-) No cheating occurred
-) The rank was reverted by the game publisher, not by us

Compensation suggestions issued by our support team were constantly declined or ignored throughout all of the chats.

We always take extensive safety measures to minimize risk, but we cannot guarantee outcomes against publisher enforcement.

We have completed 1,000+ legitimate orders and operate transparently. We do not post fake reviews - Trustpilot has its own moderation and verification systems, and businesses cannot simply create or control reviews on the platform.

We contacted you via live chat solely to understand your concerns and answer any questions you had before making a purchase. At no point do we force or pressure anyone to purchase, and the claim that we do so is incorrect.
