I’ve had the incredible opportunity to join Nina on two unforgettable yoga retreats—Kenya in 2022 and South Africa & Zimbabwe in 2023. Both experiences were nothing short of magical.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamlessly organized, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of each destination. I had the most amazing time at this yoga retreat! The mornings began with energizing Vinyasa flows, and evenings ended with relaxing Yin sessions that left me feeling balanced and centered. The location was stunning, and I had the unforgettable experience of witnessing the Northern Lights. Outdoor adventures like kayaking and hiking were a perfect way to explore the area, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, nourishing, and full of flavor. I also met some incredible new friends and shared such a meaningful experience with them. Overall, it was a perfect blend of yoga, adventure, and connection! Highly recommend!

Immersive Safari on a trip of a lifetime.

I was searching for an amazing Safari trip to South Africa and when I came across InRetreat, I just knew that I had to book!

Six days immersed in the South African wilderness with a fully catered "glamping" experience as well as professional guided walking safari's and professional yoga classes, I had the time of my life. The itinerary had the right balance of time to enjoy the wilderness and to mix with the rest of the group of like minded folks.

Nina ensured that we had a smooth experience from start to finish. I loved the trip so much that upon returning I booked my mom on the Kenya trip the following year.

3 years ago I went on my first Inretreat that was led by Nina in Tuscany Italy and I fell in love with her and her organisational style. As someone who loves to be in control and is sensitive to surroundings, vibes (and certain foods!), it was a big step for me to go on a retreat. But I've never felt so relaxed and taken care of. Nina takes care of everything and even if you feel stressed or emotionally wobbly e.g. she got you. Truly such a kind and capable leading woman. Her yoga sessions are always of a high quality and vary so every yogi can enjoy. She integrates seasonal themes and energies and shares her wisdom throughout the retreat, which enriches the whole experience even more. You're also meeting the loveliest people on these retreats. I've made real friends from all over the world! And therefore I've been coming back! I went to Italy Villa Lena and Corte san Rufillo, Croatia and Manshausen in Norway. All amazing retreats. It has enriched my life in so many ways and I will definitely go on another Inretreat again:-)

The Norway InRetreat with Nina was fantastic all-around. Our program was well-thought out and balanced open time with fun activities that enabled us to experience the area around Manshausen. Both our vinyasa and yin yoga sessions were themed, with each day building on the last. The contrast between our morning and evening practices punctuated the day: We started with a challenge and were 'tucked-in' with a nurturing sunset yin practice. As grown ups with busy lives, there are few experiences where your job is to show up and relax and be taken care of. This retreat really provided that. Our cabins were so comfy and well-designed - and perfect for northern lights viewing at night! The private-chef prepared meals were nourishing, creative, and delicious. This was a wonderful retreat across all dimensions: food, people, yoga, excursions, setting, and accommodations. And Nina was the x factor that brought everything together with her genuine care, friendliness, intelligence, and skill. I'm super grateful to Nina, the staff at Manshausen, and my fellow retreat attendees!

Nina’s Vinyasa flow each morning was supportive & encouraging. Each evening’s Yin was filled with stories from Norse mythology, which was comforting & peaceful.

I knew Nina’s retreat on Manshausen would be something special, but because of Nina’s kindness & adventurous spirit, the experience surpassed all I had hoped for.

A Nordic bucket list of adventure, self discovery and Norse mythology. The first night we were warmly greeted fed and gifted with a northern light show. During the vinyasa our instructor Nina was not only knowledgeable and welcoming to all levels, she guided us on an inward path to serenity. Blending in yoga and the elements of fire, water, earth and air, incorporating our Norwegian surroundings and adding to the magic was the Manshausen islands. The guides, cooks, chefs, staff all made my stay a dream come true. The hike was faced with strong winds, gentle positivity led us to the troll cave and back home to our little piece of paradise. The cold plunge was invigorating, as our yoga instructor helped guide some guest to plunge.
The meals were inspired by the sea and earth as each dish incorporated kelp, seaweed, fish, grains, milk based items, and also local and sustainable game. Hoping Michelin will grant them a well deserved star.
I will encourage all of my friends and family to have this experience.
