I’ve recently brought a TBar for my husband’s ashes to wear at my daughters wedding when I arrived I loved the T Bar but was a little concerned about the chain I felt it was too fine a chain and wasn’t sure it would take the weight of the T Bar so I emailed expressing my concerns and had a reply the next day assuring me the chain would be strong enough but if I still had any doubts they would send me a slightly heavier chain ,. I’ve just received it and it’s lovely . I really appreciated the prompt and professional response and also the very understanding way my concerns were dealt with . I received the T bar rememberance necklace for Mother’s Day, my precious grandad passed in January so I wore him round my neck.

The ‘gold’ chain went silver within 2 weeks & today has snapped in half.

If I didn’t realise & this happened 5 minutes previously in the uber, I would have nothing of my grandad left.

It’s also worth noting the T bar unscrews all the time & I am forever tightening it to ensure no ashes are lost.

Not worth the money & not safe to hold a loved one in.
