Ordered 2 x Hot Wheels Limited Edition Millenium Falcons. The site showed the items and they looked legit, with proper retail packaging.

On arrival (1 month later), I have been sent rubbish plastic 3d-printed and glued copies, in plain battered white boxes.

ORDER #23021M357151

Took a while to come but well worth the wait. So far my bees just hover over the floating mat then fly to the other bird bath where there are pebbles

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - their adverts are totally misleading. I wanted 4 of the HOT WHEELS Millenium Falcon models for my sons, the ad had flashing lights and looked amazing, what was actually shipped were appalling laser printed lumps of grey plastic, really poor quality and terrible definition. Their advert claims to want to have no problems with dissatisfaction yet when I requested money back they offered me a fraction of what was paid. They are liars and Crooks DO NOT USE THEM - money down the drain

Ordered a t-shirt which they charged my bank more than the given total for. After some back and forth via email I requested to cancel the order and take a full refund. They ignored that request and refunded the difference instead. Still haven’t received the item after 3 weeks despite the tracking saying it was delivered a week ago. They can’t tell me what delivery company was used in the UK but did try to lie about it and said it was USPS. Clearly happy to scam people.

Do not deal with this company, i placed an order but it was the wrong order, so i cancelled it well within an hour, they tell me it's too late to cancel it, even though they received my e mail well before they fulfilled the order.

The shirt itself is great quality - ideal for running etc as it’s polyester.
However get the size right - as they don’t do exchanges!! Go up a size as the measurements aren’t quite accurate. XL for example slightly less than 21” across rather than the nearly 22” measurement on their web site. Was disappointed that I could t exchange - but like I say - the t shirt is excellent. Delivery to the UK is at least a couple of weeks.

Quality looked much better in the advert. Looks like a basic 3D print out. Came in cheap box flat backed. When putting it together one screw lodged in and won't come out.

Absolutely atrocious… Fake goods, riding on the back of reputable companies and palming off rubbish.

What a scam, ordered a hot wheels millennium falcon special edition that lights up, what I received was a lump of plastic basically in a cheap box. No way was it hot wheels!! Would not give a full refund at all even though they were false advertising a product! Avoid at all cost!!

purchased a hot wheels 50th anniversary model, only to receive a fake 3d printed piece of rubbish. you will get scammed, they will not refund, having to go to bank.

Easy to order. Item as picture and description.
Placed the mat down and my dog loved it very cool.
Happy customer.

Took a while to arrive because it was in the States so so far so good

Product is in the Meh!Categories for me.The concept is good, but the execution is not.Actually making this device in metal and with some bearings on the track would make it worth twice it's price.Making it in pure plastic gives it sloppy tolerances that cause the slide to jerk and jam sometimes.

I was kept up to date with the orogress of the delivery. Once received I was happy with my purchase as were my dogs.

1 star is too much for this company. I too ordered the 50th anniversary Hot Wheels Millennium Falcon, but received a crap plastic piece of junk, bearing no resemblance to what was advertised. Requested a refund, but was told the order shipped was what was ordered ( absolutely wasn’t!) but offered me compensation of £3!! DO NOTBUY FROM THIS COMPANY

It was just what I needed, thanks.

Communication was great keeping me informed all the way, ordering was very easy and above all my dog actually uses it a great product with great service keep doing it right.

It was just as described
