SCAM COMPANY! The company appeared professional at first. I asked whether they had production sites in the United States, and they confirmed that they did, which led me to believe the product would be manufactured domestically. I also requested and received a tech pack for my product, which further reinforced my impression that this was a legitimate business. After receiving the tech pack, I was informed that my product would actually be manufactured outside of the country, which was not what I had expected. However, I chose to proceed because communication up to that point had been reassuring and the tech pack appeared professional. From there, the experience declined significantly. I was initially told that production would take only a few weeks, but that timeline was not met. After repeated follow ups, I finally received my product months later, and it was nothing like what I had requested. The material was not the compression fabric I specified, the logos were peeling, and the product had a horrible smell. When I requested a refund, my requests were repeatedly denied by them saying they wanted to “make it right” until I was eventually ghosted. I’m out thousands of dollars now. Do not work with Innovate Apparel.
