Innovate Design Arvostelua

Up to this point they have kept me informed and been helpfully

Researching information, I contacted company and they sent out an information booklet immediately. It arrived quickly, and answered question i had.

No pushyness
All the information is there and provided either by phone call and backed up digitally. Encouraged to make fully informed decisions which is really important to me.

Excellent service thank you

So upon a revised review as the company disputed and decided to take it down.
I will stand by my original statement however word it in a more fitting manner. I have never gave any information to this company prior to any conversation. I opened a PDF of their “welcome pack” and 2 days later I received a pack through my letter box. Bear in mind this company assured me they’ve no record of me in their system. I never submitted any forms, no one else signed anything on my behalf.
So if you’re interested in submitting an idea, keep it to yourself.

I had a fantastic experience working with Innovate-Design. From the very beginning, Emma, my innovation coach, was incredibly attentive. She took the time to really listen to my concept and understand what I wanted to achieve, guiding me thoughtfully through each step of the process.

Gabriel, my product designer, was equally impressive. He listened carefully to my ideas and applied his wealth of knowledge to refine my concept into a real, workable product. His insights and expertise were invaluable.

Innovate-Design is a truly great company to work with — professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping bring your ideas to life. Highly recommended!

Their response was great. They were quick to point me in the right direction and send materials to read and inform myself. Struggling with the drawing but will be sending it in soon.

Innovate Design have been amazing! I had the pleasure of working with Grace as my Innovation Coach at Innovate Design and I can confidently say that her guidance has been invaluable as I continue to develop and prototype my invention. Her expertise in innovation and business development has been crucial in helping me navigate the challenges of bringing a concept to life.

From the very beginning Grace took the time to understand my vision and helped me break it down into clear actionable steps. She provided thoughtful and constructive feedback that has allowed me to refine my ideas and make progress. Her approach to innovation focused on practical solutions and creative problem-solving has given me the confidence to keep moving forward even in the early stages of development.

What truly set Grace apart was her ability to create an open and supportive environment. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead she encouraged open dialogue which made it easy to communicate challenges and brainstorm solutions together. Her support throughout the various stages has been a key factor in the progress I’ve made so far.

In addition to Grace the design team at Innovate Design - Ben, Emily and Sullivan have all been incredible. Their creativity, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work have made a huge difference in the development of my projects. I couldn’t be more impressed with their contributions.

I have no doubt that Grace’s new role within the company will benefit many others and I would highly recommend working with her to anyone in the process of developing and refining their ideas. If you’re looking for someone who understands the intricacies of early-stage innovation and is truly invested in your long-term success Grace is the coach you need and with Ben, Emily and Sullivan in the design team you’ll be in great hands. Highly recommend!

Very quick and informative looking forward to going forward thanks

From the first point of contact, Innovate Design have been consumate professionals. They have and are walking us through the process that we need to go through to bring our product to "life".

ALL GOOD EASY TO FOLLOW

WOULD USE AGAIN

Hi i applied for initial consultation, and was impressed with a timeline of 2-3 days but that is only on paper, no body got back to me and i am gripped with paranoia that they are going to steal my idea and patent it themselves!

I’m deeply grateful to the team for their brilliance and care throughout this process. From the very beginning, they truly listened — not just to the words I said, but to the vision behind them. What they created brought my ideas to life exactly as I imagined, and in many ways, went far beyond what I had expected.

Emily and Hoo Kim were incredibly thoughtful in every part of the design process. They chose colours that genuinely reflected me, and made sure the design balanced aesthetics with function. I felt involved every step of the way. They asked insightful questions that helped shape the product with intention and clarity — and above all, they made me feel truly seen and heard.

When I first began this journey, I had very little expectation. I honestly didn’t know if the idea would go anywhere. But thanks to this team’s creativity, attention, and talent, we’ve now completed the design stage — and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come.

Huge thanks to Emily and Hoo Kim for their care and genius, and to my coach Emma for gently encouraging me to keep going when I felt unsure. I’m so glad I did — and so grateful to have found and worked with such a remarkable team.

They say 1-star reviews are treasure maps. Innovate Designs understands this, which encourages me greatly. For a business to be elevated from one star to four stars in 24hours demonstrates they recognise that fundamental errors in communications are there to be corrected. I have restored faith in Innovate Designs. I look forward to a successful relationship with them. With integrity.

Such a huge proposition in bite sized chunks, just as I need. A very long way to go but absolutely certain Innovate-Design has got what it takes, from a simple chat on the phone and a brochure answered all initial questions signposted the way forward.

Always had a Quick response to any queries. Easy to understand instructions and easy to fill out forms.

Fantastic service and some very good advice/guidance given in correspondence and then via a up follow telephone call. Excellent!

They listen

My enquiry was responded to in a fast and professionally manner.
I was given relevant information, based on my queries via phone, email and post. Each step that follows were explained in simple terms and works for safeguarding were sent immediately as well. I was contacted by a named person who is following up my idea. Her expertise was excellent. I was
treated with respect eventhough I am new to this industry. Thank you .

Information about the process of patentable innovations was comprehensive but some idea of all costs involved other than a patent cost would be helpful
