Cheated out of my money
my patch arrived later than expected, and therefore after I had moved to a new place. Package subsequently got sent back to Inner Decay (confirmed to have arrived)
Multiple tries to contact the seller (via different channels) have been ignored and I’m left without a patch and having paid 30+$. Therefore I do NOT recommend buying from Inner Decay, this is not a serious professional store.

I've been buying from Inner Decay for about 8 years now. The level of detail and effort that goes into all of their products never fails to impress me - some of the fancier pins are at a premium price point, but the quality matches the cost. I've never needed customer service so can't speak to that, but I trust them. Love the newsletters too:)

Awful Customer Service
I ordered 2 patches from them. They have multiple grim reaper patches on their store. When I received my order it was the wrong reaper patch. I’ve emailed them 4 times over the last couple of weeks and have gotten no response to resolve the issue. I’d like the correct patch!!

Wouldn't order from them
Wouldn't order from them. Sketchy at best. Ordered 50$ worth of items, hasn't arrived or received any tracking update for 15 days. Since shipping hasn't updated I was told to contact them directly, and so I emailed them twice. I haven't heard anything back.
Some people on reddit (where I was recommended this store) seemed to have no problems, so if you want to take a gamble, go ahead.
Update: It's 2 months now, and nothing. No package or response so I thought I'd update it here.

I love their patches. They are hilarious and I love the designs and colors and memes. They’re fun to follow on social media. But what is making me stand up and shout about them is that they really went the extra mile for me when my shipment got lost. I really appreciate it and I will always be back for more.
