I didn’t really know what to expect going into my Holosomatic session, but it turned out to be a really powerful experience. It helped me access and release emotions I’d clearly been carrying for a while, even ones I hadn’t been fully aware of.

The space felt safe and well held, which made it easier to let go and turn inward without overthinking things. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself than I have in a long time.

I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and I’m really looking forward to continuing this journey of inward healing.

The Inner Work Holosomatic experience was deeply impactful and unlike anything I had experienced before. I felt safe, supported, and able to fully surrender to the process from start to finish.

Through breath and embodied awareness, I accessed emotional layers that aren’t easily reached through talk-based approaches alone. The work allowed for natural release, clarity, and a stronger connection to my inner guidance. I left feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply aligned.

This experience has inspired me to pursue training in Inner Work Holosomatic practices myself, with the intention of holding this kind of space for others responsibly and with care. I’m also excited by the possibility of collaborating with my sister, a yoga teacher, to facilitate embodied, somatic experiences that integrate movement, breath, and inner work.

I would highly recommend this work to anyone seeking meaningful, embodied transformation.

What I loved so much about this on-site training was that we got so many opportunities to facilitate 1:1 but also in a group, this really stood out for me, compared to other institutions. Additionally I didn't only learn, but went on a full healing journey myself, which can't even be put in words. It was all in all truly an amazing experience! I’ve just completed a five-day holosomatic bodywork retreat and feel deeply grateful for the experience. I witnessed processes and energetic shifts I never imagined I would encounter, all within a safe and supportive environment. The learning was profound, combining breathwork, emotional release, and a gradual, well-paced deepening, with each session building gently on the last.

The retreat was held by two highly knowledgeable facilitators who created a space of care, clarity, and professionalism, supported by a group of participants that fostered trust and safety throughout. The experience is further grounded by ongoing neuroscience studies, which help integrate understanding with practice.

Santillán Retreat Centre itself is a truly special place. The surrounding silence, expansive views, and sense of spaciousness invite deep rest and inward listening, offering the perfect setting for this kind of work.

I leave feeling humbled, rested, and grateful, and well supported as I continue this learning journey

I went to the InnerCamp workshop in London with a very open mind, but I didn’t expect what would happen to me. My whole body was vibrating, and the beautiful music and the breathing took me into a very deep place. It felt like I went into a different zone.

I became very emotional and I cried. During the workshop I realised and connected with some of my past trauma. It was intense but also very healing.

Because of this experience, I’m going back again in January. Next time I want to set my intentions more clearly.

Since the workshop, I’ve had more energy and motivation. I feel calmer, more grateful, and more open-minded about my life and future. I’m actually taking steps to work on my life plan now.

I attended the Holosomatic Breathwork experience in London with Inner Camp and it was honestly one of the most powerful, transformative experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the facilitators created such a safe, grounded, and supportive space that allowed me to fully let go and explore deeper layers of myself.

The breathwork journey itself was incredibly moving. I released so much stored emotion and tension — things I didn’t even realise I was still carrying. It felt cathartic, intense in the best way, and deeply healing. The combination of breath, music, guidance, and energy in the room was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

I left feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to myself. It opened things in me that I’ve been trying to access for years, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and intention behind the session.

Totally amazing experience, I feel I have released a lot of my past trauma. My body feels more energised and my head feels lighter.

Words can’t quite touch the depth of what I experienced with InnerCamp — but I’ll try. From the moment I stepped into the space, it felt like more than just a course or a training — it was a remembering. A reconnection to a part of me that had been waiting to be witnessed. Forever grateful for finding you. After attending a couple of Innercamp workshops all I can say is that my soul finally find the peace and joy that needed. I couldn't imagine that breathing in the right way can release and heal this much. Innercamp is not only about breath, it is the space where you can surrender, feel safe, protected, loved just the way you are..you will cry, smile and dance and for sure you will never be the same person you were before the workshops. This is my fifth workshop with InnerCamp, every time is a different experience. Thank you for holding such a beautiful space to release and transform. I’m so grateful to have found InnerCamp as part of my journey. You touch and heal so many souls.

I tried holosomatic breathing for the first time, mostly out of curiosity. I didn’t have any expectations — if anything, I had a little bit of fear about what might come up. The session was structured into three parts, and the third one ended up being the deepest for me.

I’m still integrating everything I experienced, because it honestly felt powerful. I left the space feeling like a slightly different version of myself, suddenly aware of how many blocks my body had been holding onto.

Yesterday I felt light and even did small things to treat myself. This morning, the emotions hit me again — and now I’m just genuinely curious about what the next few days will bring.

Where has this been all my adult life. I started off this experience a little sceptical and unsure what I was putting myself through. As an Acupuncturist and natural believer in QiGong and natural healing I threw myself into this life changing experience.
Never expecting myself to go through such a roller coaster of emotions and such relief. Letting go, grounding, forgiving myself and giving myself the space to grieve my brothers death. All those bottled up emotions and deep regret surfaced and helped me feel 1000% lighter. I felt like I could connect with my inner self and do all the stages of meditation and breath work with over 300 people and not fell judged or uneasy. An experience I will definitely hold on to and do again.
I honestly recommend this to anyone who wanted to connect and heal with their inner self, an experience you wont regret, you come out a better and revived person. Highly recommended.

Yesterday was wonderful. It was just what I needed. The day was well planned and managed. I was invited to come to the event from a wonderful friend and we ensured we sat separately to gain the best.

This was a revelation for me. I went there with a complete open mind and actually thought it wasn’t going to be for me. How wrong I was.
I’m a boxing PT in London and usually my interventions for clients are physical and mental health based. I hadn’t before gone so deep into breath and a form of mediation / Tantra that Innercamp took me, it was a life changing experience.
The very next day I did tasks I’ve been putting off, I made amends to an estranged relative and I felt like I had x10 the amount of positive energy pre workshop.

This was an amazing safe space to release all sorts of physical and emotional blocks from within you. Lots of breathing but guided beautifully step by step. A really wholesome and awakening experience for me. Don’t sit there thinking, just do it.

I'm currently completing the Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator Training and recently had a wonderful week in Madrid. I've known Innercamp for over a year now and have attended a couple workshops and retreats. Initially, it was just for my own personal growth but Alexis, Jordan and the team led such profound sessions that I went deeper than I knew I could, and now I'm training to facilitate! Every experience I've had with Innercamp has been impactful and I'm so excited to embark on this new chapter as a facilitator.

The program at InnerCamp is perfect. It's in depth and allowing me to deepen my professional skills. The teachers are knowledgeable just as much as they are caring and supportive.
The course teaches you how to facilitate but it will also take you onto a journey into your own depth - and in that you are always supported by your co-students and especially by the facilitators. I am excited to continue my program!
