DO NOT use this company, I ordered, and paid for, a set of seat covers for my Freelander 2, delivery was promised in 3 to 5 days, one week later I emailed and asked when I could expect my covers, I received an email response stating that there was an issue at DHL, "their warehouse was backed up and they would deliver the covers asap", another week went by and still no covers, I contacted Inka again, via email, and was told by return that they had contacted DHL and the parcel would be delivered in the next 72 hours, yet again the parcel never arrived, I then mailed Inka asking for a full refund, they completely ignored my email and sent no response whatsoever, a week later I send another email again asking for a full refund, again no response from Inka, I then got suspicious and decided to contact DHL, they were quite reluctant to discuss the issue with me because I was not the client merely the recipient, they did however confirm that they had never received a parcel from Inka for me and that the consignment number I had quoted was not a recognised number, I then emailed Inka informing them that if I did not receive a full refund within 7 days I would make a claim through the small claims court as was my right under the Consumer Goods Act 2015, surprise surprise, I got an immediate response informing me that I would be issued with a full refund, the money arrived back in my bank account 3 days later.

I was expecting a long wait for our California van seat covers (front and rear) but in fact pleasantly surprised when they arrived after about 4 weeks. Communication not brilliant but we were prepared to be patient given the great price. The covers arrived in plastic free packaging Very easy to fit - no need to remove trims, arm rests etc - and we think they look great. Some instructions would have n good but we worked it out for ourselves. Overall would recommend and definitely not a scam.

Took over a month to arrive. And they sent the wrong colour seat covers as there was a problem with the black ones I ordered. Impossible to get in contact with them, no offer of refund, and to top it off they fit terribly. Scam of a company. DO NOT waste your time and money on this company!

Absolute SCAM artists! Orderd some van seat covers that still haven't arrived a month later. Tried to find out what's going on and just get fobbed off with its with the courier when they finally reply, this is however a lie as the tracking number doesn't work! Currently waiting for my card company to refund me as these clowns clearly aren't interested. STAY AWAY PEOPLE ITS A SCAM!!!!!

I have given 4 stars as the products are excellent quality and reasonably priced for what they are. However the company should be more up front about production/disatch times at point of ordering. Mine arrived 5 weeks after payment. However the quality of the covers for my VW Transporter seats are outstanding so ultimately worth the wait.

Still waiting for items to arrive 3 months after payment. Should have read the reviews as seems others are suffering the same. Avoid

Part 2 after quickly realizing original head restraint covers had to come off prior to fitting new items. My orange Bentley seat covers are on they look great really pleased for me real value for money and definitely worth the wait will recommend to anyone 👍👍👍

As per previous reviews, these are nothing but scammers. Placed an order 6 weeks ago and despite constantly chasing them and being told the mats are in production, nothing has been received. Please do not give your money to this company. They refuse to refund despite several requests.

I made an order with inka corp directly on their website. On purchase it states 3 to 5 days delivery. After 1 week went by I had not received anything, they later told me it will be another week before they will ship my package. Unhappy but it is what it is. Another week goes by, sorry sir we will ship your package in another 7 days. I can currently waiting 3 weeks for a package that stated 3 to 5 days delivery.

Do not buy from this site as I have waited 5 weeks for floor mats that never arrived. They emailed me to say they were in the embroidery department. Then they emailed to say they were posted out but still didn’t receive them. After waiting over 5 weeks they eventually said they will just refund the money. Still waiting to see if I receive the refund.

Please avoid they will take your money and send you nothing they are scammers!!!

Ordered Leather seat covers and cab floor mat for just under £400. Nothing arrived after 4 weeks. Contacted company (by the way email only - which speaks volumes to me!) Was told the were in 'production'

Some updated emails telling me this was the case would have been handy - save me having to chase.

I was assured they would be dispatched that week.

Two weeks go by - still nothing. Contacted again. Ignored.
Tried again a few days later and was told they were in production and would be dispatched this week.
Bear in mind this is 3 weeks after he told me this first time.

I waited another week and contacted credit card company that refunded me within a few days. I was unaware they had refunded until i logged in.

Went back to company and was told that they won't be dispatched as i initiated a chargeback. But i could buy again because they were in the production process - haha! What a joke.

No apology either - terrible terrible service. Wish i could give no stars. One star seems generous.

Bought a set of covers for my new spec Ford Transit Custom van. I was blown away by the amazing quality and perfect fit of the product. I have often bought seat covers and they never seemed to fit correctly or look great. These not only fitted perfectly, but also look great in the van. Will be a customer for life 👍🏻

My second set of covers received very pleased delivery was late but the chap over the phone was very polite and kept me updated, have received them happy with the covers.

Ordered my seat covers for my new transit custom, emailed to ask where they was spoke to a gentleman called Martin Mangat who dealt with my enquiry called me to let me know what was happening, guaranteed me they would make them Monday 15th, emailed me this morning to say I should receive 16/17 I received them 16th thank you so much good customer service from top man.

Going to give my honest opinion. I may of been lucky looking at some of the reviews. I ordered a set of seat covers for a Vw California, rear set and a front set that was recommended by the staff in a email when asking which ones would be suitable. About 2 weeks later the covers arrived. All excellent apart from front head rests, wrong size. After some email exchanges and a call from them to me they sent a new set out to fit. So if it wasn’t for the mistake I would give them 5 stars. I had no issue with them, they resolved the problem quickly. The product is excellent very well made and fits nicely.
