Would've preferred to have commented Privately to In It Together but have found no facility for feedback?
My first attendance at 'In It Together' and at a festival as a 'festival-goer'! Previously volunteered, as a steward, at numerous and various festivals over the years including Glastonbury!
Line up was great, (well done to those involved in securing class acts), facilities all good (once I found the showers!), security on gates friendly, vendors (little pricey?) but excellent food 😊 Overall a lovely festival though appeared to be, sadly, overrun by teenagers!
I attended as part of the family ticket. I was a grandparent who went free and should have been in 'family' camping? Family camping appeared to be 'general camping'?? Not wanting to spoil the fun of teenagers, families of young children, should NOT have been amongst them. It was not suitable for us 'oldies' with under 10s. Disturbing hearing the talk of drugs, hearing arguments, terrible language and threats to both boys and girls. Sunday night was horrendous with kids running riot around the camp site until the early hours. (Where's Alan'!) I didn't feel safe. Security did, I think, turn up eventually. They turned up, definitely, on the Friday night due to the noise, shouting and language.
Would've been nice to have some Security wondering around the campsite to check all was well and safe. This is where stewards come in!
Family camping should be for 'FAMILIES'. Families for at least those with under 10 years only. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to have a designated area to accommodate this?
Packing up to be off site by 12 noon would've have been easier with some security/stewards directing/stopping traffic for pedestrians off the campsite going to their cars.
I know I class myself as an 'oldie' I do have a young outlook on life but sadly youngsters today have little respect for others 😢
Want to end with saying a big THANK YOU to the litter picker staff who did an amazing job on keeping the whole site clean and tidy during the three days. You did an amazing job!

Fantastic festival in wales. Busy crowds but queuing didnt seem to take long anywhere. Line up was good, Food and drink were the usual festival prices so as expected, loads of food and drink /ice cream to keep us fed and hydrated plus the rides.... yes they are rather expensive at 6-8£ per ride for the obes we went on and there was 3 of us so roughly £20 for 1 ride.... .
Toilets were always stocked with paper and hand sanitiser so that was amazing 👏 will definitely go back next year!

I am writing this to warn every attendee about the dangerous and unlawful conduct of the security team at this festival. My family and I were subjected to a life-threatening incident that demands a full investigation.
Based on malicious hearsay reports, security personnel engaged in a brutal and disproportionate response. I was physically assaulted, with my shirt pulled over my head to restrict my breathing, resulting in visible bruising to my eye, abdomen, and arms. I was held against my will and forcibly separated from my disabled wife, for whom I am a registered carer, and our children.
Despite my repeated warnings that I was her carer and that she and our children were being left vulnerable in the scorching sun, security ignored their duty of care. They promised to assist my family in packing up, then abandoned them three miles away from my location, leaving them isolated and distressed.
To make matters worse, the security personnel involved in the physical assault only activated their body-worn cameras after the violence occurred—a clear attempt to hide their unlawful conduct.
I have reported this as a criminal matter to the police, including the attempted strangulation and false imprisonment. This was not 'security'; this was a state-sanctioned mob mentality driven by unsubstantiated reports and a total disregard for the safety of a vulnerable family.
If you value your safety and that of your family, be aware that the festival management does not hold their security contractors to basic standards of law or human decency. Evidence, including medical records of injuries and witness statements, is currently being processed for further legal action.

Absolute shocking company, bought two tickets for an event, got cancelled and never received money back, been fighting this now since last February, ignoring emails, and letters. Now going to take them through the small claims court, do not buy off this website!

Booked Family tickets and Motorhome camping with electric hook up. Shambles sorting electric out. They left the box without connecting it to the electric. Asked over and over to be told they were sorting it. Sent like a ping pong up to Customer service and back to purple gate. It was ridiculous. Most of our food spoilt so it cost us a fortune to buy food. I was given an email at Customer Services and told to email to info at escaperecords( not allowed to enter email address on here) whilst on site, they didn't even have a pen and paper to write it on. Emailed as requested on two separate occasions, not even a reply. We were without electric from Lunchtime Thurs until Friday evening and only then had it, because we were lucky enough to have an extra long lead and plugged in to a box two rows away. Only half our row was without electric and most did the same eventually. Polite but useless staff. Total shambles. It totally ruined our experience, and cost us a tonne if money. Everything is totally overpriced and prices not consistent. £6.50 for a can on beer 340ml in one place and £6.50 for a large can on beer in another. Needless to say tge latter ran out of beer. Such a shame as the weekend could be amazing but spoiled by lack of organisation. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

opens late,closes early{music stops at 11pm) apart from 1 tent that is rammed with underage ,under dressed teens all clambering for attention before bedtime.gestapo security and there sniffer dogs! Artless.souless money grabber of a festival. paid £8 for seven small crinckle cut haloumi fries! £6.50 a can ,£10 a fair ground ride. a complete meat grinder of an experience! a festival dedicated to jailbait and itchy wedding rings!... and empty wallets!! 2/10

Bought tickets as a gift for a family member, was unable to edit the ticket info online so emailed them and got a reply stating that it would just be the lead bookers details on them. I emailed back to explain they needed to be changed and got no reply, my family member didn’t want to travel all the way from Somerset and risk queueing just to be rejected, so I wasted £550 on two weekend VIP tickets.
Still no reply at all, I would avoid booking with them, their customer service is a joke.

Camping was abysmal, toilets weren't cleaned, and and some tents were flooded out by shower water.

I never signed up to marketing but somehow they still send me shit.

It has to be one of the worst money grabbing festivals in the UK.

They indicate early bird prices to give the impression you are getting the best price for supporting them. Then closer to the event, they offer 20% off.

You bank roll them, to allow them to hold the evet, then your loyalty is completely disregarded. Will lose lots of customer loyalty🤬🤬🤬
