contrary to the bad reviews my experience was a good one. i had some issue with 2 of the products received. phone them and immediately received a full refund

I ordered a foundation trial pack in light shade and I have to say I was very disappointed. The foundation (nude) was a strange yellow colour and was difficult to blend in, even after using their primer.
The set also included a mineral powder foundation (nurture) The colour was ok but it was so dull and it highlighted every single line on my face.
Not at all impressed with Inika Organic and certainly won’t be purchasing again.

Awful company!
After purchasing a concealer from inika, they delivered an unsealed, oxidised concealer that was off. It stank and made my under eye area itchy. The smell was honestly worse than a rank fried food takeaway left on the side for a few days and when I complained they simply told me that it was due to its natural ingredients and that it was fine and safe to use it when there’s plenty of scientific literature that states that oxidised oils can be harmful for skin and human health in general. Then I decided to write a review. They received and accepted it but it was never actually posted on their website. The reason why you only see 4 and 5 stars for every single one of their products is because they withhold all the negative reviews. This is an appalling company that should be exposed for their dishonesty and disrespect towards their customers.

Urhhhh...I am starting to think this company is a scam. I ordered 6 products and was delivered 2. With no explanation whatsoever on why that was or if the order had been split in multiple parcels. I tried contacting them by phone (uk) and there is no one answering. I made a claim through their online customer service system but wasn't given any response. It's been more than a week now and I have made another claim. I will eventually have to call my bank and get my money back...

I'm really upset. I placed an order for three items after literally ordering on a whim as I wanted some organic make up. I ordered 3 items and recieved 1.
Emailed the packing slip and query to customer service - no response in over a week.
The product they did sent was good qual so I placed another order and hoped the mishap was just a freak error and would get sorted but the second order I placed (5 items) came AGAIN with one item missing.

I've literally sent about 10 emails, messaged on fb, tried to call, messaged on insta the lot. No reply in the email or Facebook and some poor girl is stuck replying to me on Instagram assuring me of sweet nothings and that 'soon' this will be sorted.

She told me to email again so I did and recieved an auto reply saying all staff is at a one week conference so they can't access emails l! OH COME ON.
Stop with the 70 percent sales, stop with the new orders and sort out the people who you are taking money from and trusted the company would meet their end of the bargain.

Awful customer service I get that people are busy but a reply with 2 percent acknowledgement after 14 days is not much to ask.

Joke of a company and I wish I hadn't have trusted them.
BEWARE.

DON'T USE COMPANY FIND ANOTHER ONE OFFERING SAME KIND OF PRODUCTS.

Also one of my concealers has a really strange cakey texture to it - almost like its been sat there for years. Rolls eyes.

They are real scammer.

This company became a real scammer! Avoid at all costs - you have been warned. They still "exist" online but the Customer Service does not exist. You think you are buying but in fact they never ship out your product. YOU GET NOTHING IN THE MAIL. You just get scammed. We should report this company to BBB.

I purchased foundation from this company back in May. While I was waiting for it to arrive, I purchased another foundation from a different company, so decided to return the Iinka one.
The first response from them was on 19/5/22 to reject the package when it was to be delivered and it will be returned to sender. I explained I have already received it and needed to know how to return it.
After having no reply, I made a complaint on 7/6/22. They responded the next day by saying that my refund falls under their 'change of mind' policy and they won't be refunding my money! What company feels that's acceptable to do that to their customers? Their response time to customers isn't good enough and lack of customer service is shocking. I won't be using them again. Beware ordering from this company!

Tried their hand cream, which is great, so I would like to try others product. Made 2 orders, 2 items per order. 1st order, 1 item got cancelled with no reason. 2nd order, all items got cancelled, with no reason again.
Won’t buy from them again. Too bad!

So bad experience with this company, bad customer service! There was deal if you spend some amount of money you get lipstick, was so exited to try, but I chose and after I bought stuff lipstick wasn't in.. So I hoped because I spend enough for promotion whey just add to my parcel. Answer was explaining how to add a lipstick to you basket😂😩👍 Looked like I talked not with real human, but robot 🤔I emailed again, answer same😴 aswell :
Emailed saying I order blusher buy mistake can it be cancelled?
This email was ignored😳
So eaven if this products has good reviews, I will never order from them again..because there no one to help you if you have issue.!
How come this company still exist 🤔 with no costumer service, especially it is online😴

So little thing if whey just added lipstick and answer about blusher, I would give them 5 stars and now I would give 0...
I hope I get some response at least to this review....

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Products are great, but if you change your mind and want to return the product, forget it.

In my case, have messaged them 2x soon after the purchase to cancel it, but had no response.

IF they accept the return they might not even refund you at all, or only partially: "There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on a case by case basis at the discretion of INIKA Organic".

And anyway, if you live outside Australia, the postage might be higher than what your product cost, so it's not even worth it. Ridiculous, as I am in England, my product was shipped from here (Kent), so why can we not ship it back to the same address??? That's not very sustainable either, not to mention the cheekiness!

I'll have to try and sell the products on Ebay for like half the price.

The products are lovely, and reasonably priced. But I had a problem with one (arrived totally empty) and it took a week for someone to even get back to me. I had to post two messages and then on on their social media before getting any reply. So it was well over a week to receive the product. It's great quality stuff, but if you want it in a hurry be careful.

What's not to love! Organic liquid foundation with Hyaluronic Acid.... ❤❤❤ Thankyou from England.
