Service above and beyond

Very prompt dispatch and delivery, with status notifications beforehand. Courier went above and beyond on the day of delivery - our town was flooded, with the only bridge across the river impassable. The courier made a 20 mile detour to get our parcel to us on the promised day. Amazing service!

This was my first time of using Inhabito and I was very impressed with their customer service.
My order was damaged during delivery and as soon as I made them aware, I was given the option of a replacement or a refund by Richard
I opted for a replacement and it has arrived safely to a very satisfied customer

Great product and good service

This was a product I had had before a long time ago and needed a replacement. Having searched everywhere online I was delighted to find that Inhabito stocked it. The ordering process was simple to navigate and delivery was within a good timescale. I am happy with both the product and the service.
