Get 'kettle on!
Good, capacious teapot and mug in traditional style, Slightly disappointed that the teapot spout dribbles somewhat, separately from the tea being poured from it.
It looks good though, in our old-fashioned kitchen.

The item has not arrived!!!!!
The item has not arrived!!!!!
However, it has now - Royal Mail as usual the main cause of the delay!!
I have been most impressed with the company's customer service and in particular with Richard and his attention to detail and his insistent to help. My item was only a small, inexpensive kitchen utensil but that didn't stop him providing an excellent Service - I'd recommend the company on this basis.

Vastaus yritykseltä Inhabito
Hi Frank,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your order with us. I’m very sorry that your parcel was delayed with Royal Mail and arrived outside of our advertised delivery window — I completely understand how frustrating this can be.
I’m pleased to hear that your pie funnel has now been delivered and that you’ve received the refund for the postage charge.
If there’s anything else we can help with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’d be happy to help.
Kind regards,
Richard
