I order over a month ago. Never received my order. I was so excited to get 2 dresses and a pair of boots. I paid over $200.00 and I still haven't received this order. Such a scam and thief's stealing people's money. I would have been a great customer but seeing you never get your order and pip people off. Tey never answer emails and they get kicked back to you. How unprofessional. I've never been so upset!

Scam, scam! I ordered a cute dress and received some completely different ugly thing. They refuse to let me return for refund!

Delivery was long.
Quality is terrible.
Will not reply to return goods.

They never delivered my merchandise and they never gave me a refund. A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!

Quality aweful (nothing like images on website), and contact email does not work as recipients email box is 'full'.. No doubt due to all the other complaints about Christmas purchases

Nearly one month to come just be complete rubbish quality and completely different colour i have ordered
Tried to get in touch to request refund just to receive email back that their inbox its full can't deliver your email
SCAM

Placed an order which took over a month to arrive. When the item arrived it looked nothing like the image on the website so requested to return the items, items returned costing me £30 and I have still not received a refund and unable to get in contact with the company now

A total scam.
They sent a cloth dress very short at the front and very long at the back that did not match the high quality denim dress advertised. The customer contact email address bounces with Email Full !!! The online contact form has the Capita says invalid code so you cannot submit! (on purpose) I will try and get this site blacklisted so they cannot operate for Australia

Expérience désastreuse. Le vêtement reçu ne correspond en rien à celui commandé, autant dans la matière que dans la conception (en plus aucune étiquette ne serais-ce pour le nettoyage). Pour le prix demandé, élevé, il ne me reste plus qu'à le mettre à la poubelle car le vendeur n'envoie pas d'étiquettes de retour ; ce qui reste à dire que ces frais sont énormes et non envisageables, surtout quand on a un certain âge. Comme il y a non conformité et vente mensongère, cela devrait être automatique qu'une étiquette pour le renvoi soit proposée.

If I could give this company a negative 1000 I would. They suck. The clothing they advertise is NOTHING to what you get. When I had emailed them about my issue they wouldn’t respond at first until
I made threats then they told me to “rest assured, we strive to assure all of our items are authentic and match our website”. Bunch of BS. Probably a bunch of frauds from China stealing our money. My dress I got looks like a rag with a piece of fabric sewn around the neckline. Absolutely disgusting. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!! I hope karma gets them in the worst way for taking people’s money.

Billige Kopie und nicht wie auf den Bilder.Wenn ihr das reklamieren wollt ,viel Spaß ihr zahlt drauf bin seit 5 Monaten dran,ob mit Paypal ,dhl das packet holen die beim Zoll nicht ab.Zumal die seite auch rückerstattung auf ihrer seite angeben.Erst wollten die mir ein gutschein andrehen und die Retoure nicht erstatten.Emails werden blockiert.Das ist eine betrug Seite mit quantitative ware.Die Seite sollte gesperrt werden.passt bloß auf.Ich rate davon ab ,da könnt ihr besser auf shein bestellen.ich hab definitiv geld verloren.

J'ai eu l'item que j'avais commandée, sauf qu'il est un peu grand mais je préfère qu'il soit plus grand que trop petit car nous pouvons toujours je faire raptisser alors que lorsq'il est trop petit IMPOSSIBLE de l'agrandir.

what a joke and waste of time! Look absolutely NOTHING like the pictures. Do not waste your time, or effort. Remains to be seen if I will get my refund or have to file a dispute on my card .
