My name is David
My name is David, I am a university student. My friend and I were having a discussion on our academic struggles when he mentioned the course, it sounded very interesting to me, so I decided to join the program. After joining the program, I got to practicing my techniques and the results are remarkable. Most notable among them is my ability to now memorize numeric info such as my ID numbers. It may not seem like much but it is super helpful when I have to fill out forms and make payments and I forget my cards. Also, the program made me more self-confident; It made me a better learner and as a student, being able to understand something right after reading it and then memorizing it for the long term is super impressive and with skills like that, I see myself in a better light. I have no idea what the future holds, but I know it has definitely been made brighter by being equipped with these skills. To future students, it may seem difficult to open up about the fears and challenges that you want to overcome but I suggest you open up to your mentors no matter how tough you think these fears and challenges are. The mentors will stick with you through thick and thin.
I am Elikem
I am Elikem, a 19-year-old student who has been able to accomplish goals I once thought were too difficult or above me. I took this course to improve my reading speed and memory. I've used the techniques (Mind mapping, Reading with a pointer and PAVs), and they make learning easier. With the help of my mentor, I have been able to excel in my Final High School Examination. There was a lot of fear surrounding this exam because my previous results did not meet the University Entry Requirements. For example, I had a D in mathematics. But after taking the course and studying consistently, I managed to raise that score to a B. I used to set goals and not achieve them. But I'm now able to attain my goals because this course has made things easier and taught me how to be disciplined. My advice for incoming students is to relax and take this course open-minded.
My experience
My name is Amma Bosompemaa Owusu-Koranteng, and a university student studying Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I would say I am an awesome introverted extrovert. I know I am a brilliant girl; however, my mindset is ruining my reputation. I first chose this course because I wanted to do well in school and get better at time management; however, I realized I didn’t have technical learning problems during the course. Instead, I had a poor attitude towards learning. I used to be so enthusiastic about school (esp. mathematics), but when I got to university, all the enthusiasm went. I started giving up and becoming nonchalant. I was happy to apply myself for the course, but this voice always reminded me of how I never finish things. And yes, I listened to the voice and gave up. Fortunately for me, Carol (A mentor of InGeniusly) reached out to me and gave me a second chance, and I am grateful for it. The course content has helped my emotional development and how I react to certain situations. A few days ago, I couldn’t remember something I read during an exam. However, I was able to recall everything I memorized with the techniques. It was so fascinating that I was sitting looking at the ceiling, saying wow to myself.
I have been using some techniques without being aware because some have become a habit. It is a pleasant experience because I am on a journey of the techniques becoming a part of me. Also, one piece of advice I can give to future students is that life is basically about choices, and if you honestly choose to excel, you will because you can. Effort is essential. Thank you.
ASSAH Azaria Jean Jehiel testimonial
Hello everyone, I am ASSAH Azaria Jean Jehiel, and I am a project manager specialist entrepreneurial. I am working on various projects and in need of more efficiency and better organization. I took the Genius course to be more efficient with my mind and also with everything I have under my responsibility. I also wanted to be able to learn Spanish in order to widen my international culture.
In just a few weeks, I was able to not only have fun in the learning process but also use less time to retain more things. I memorized 500 words in Spanish in less than 20 days, and I started to be more efficient in my planning.
Today, I can pretty much retain everything with the new techniques I’ve learned and also have fun while doing it. And I’m more optimistic because this is just the beginning and the possibilities are infinite.
If I have only one piece of advice to give the new students, it will be to believe in yourself. We think that we cannot achieve much or that we are limited because of the classic way of learning we have been taught. But with the Genius techniques, you will see that learning has always been a simple task for our brain, we just didn’t know how to learn.
My Genius in 21 Days experience
As a learning and development professional with a passion for personal growth and productivity I recognise the value of effective learning techniques. It is an invaluable competence in a challenging business environment. Learning an evidence-based system that improve memory retention and reading speed is why I chose to take Genius 21 (G21) program
Since completing the program I have seen demonstrable benefits. As illustration: my reading speed has improved markedly as I can better engage with the material. In one week I completed Laszlo Bock’s 436 page book “Work Rules!: Insights from Inside Google That Will Transform How You Live” and I retained what I read. I am much more confident remembering historical dates, mathematical constants, and without recourse to notes, can recite Martin Luther King’s “I have a Dream” Speech. All of which would have been very challenging before I took G21.
G21 takes participants on a learning journey and with the support of my mentor Zachin who instilled the discipline needed to be successful, one can gain tools and practises applicable in both everyday situations such as remembering grocery items and in the workplace like taking meeting minutes.
If you welcome a structured approach to learning and are prepared to put in the effort, then I would recommend Genius. No longer be intimidated when learning new things instead embrace the challenge with confidence
Review of Mentorship with Zachin/Genius Course
My name is Joshua & I work in a technical capacity.
I chose to take this course as I wanted to be able to study in a more efficient way and be able to remember important things with my studies more and to read faster which will enable me to complete certain tasks quicker.
With the course I can definitely say that my memory & study techniques have improved which is all down to the genius techniques. I still have a long way to go but with a mentor like Zachin this is possible. Patience, knowledge/an expert grip on genius techniques and adaptability are just a few great things about Zachin.
I feel once I apply myself more to these techniques I will open up another world of opportunities for myself and will be able to help others more.
If there is advice I’d give to whomever is reading this I’d say don’t hesitate to start the genius course, it’ll change your life in various positive ways. Fully apply yourself and put in effort and you’ll be amazed at the results.
I took this course to help me not only…
I took this course to help me not only in my career but also in my life. I learned a lot from Genius in 21 Days in structuring plans in my daily life and in teaching for my College Course. In two weeks of starting doing mind maps, I feel more relaxed and confident to handle anything. I also used mind maps to organize and pay off my student debt, credit card loans, and other debts (total of over $75,000). In the process, I also increased my FICO score. I also lowered my blood pressure as a result of the relaxation techniques along with the other measures I was taking.
Genius in 21 Days also helped me in becoming more confident and taking more risks. Now, I feel I am able to do things I was not able to do before. I am consistently running marathons, and before the course I wouldn’t be as confident to do that.
Some of you may feel that finances may be an issue, I was in the same boat. However, when there's a will there's a way. Genius in 21 Days will work with you regarding the finances. I will suggest you take a chance and go for the program. It will be very beneficial to you now and to you in the future!
My Genius Journey.
My name is Lisbeth Osafo and I’m a 3rd year Architecture student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. My twin sister told me about the Genius course and I was so excited to hear about it. She told me that it would help me to improve myself in school and in other aspects of my life. I do not regret taking the course at all! Before taking the course, I lacked confidence while studying. I knew I studied but I wasn’t so sure that I would be able to remember what I learnt. I was always afraid that my mind would go blank in the exam room. Thanks to the Genius course, the techniques I learnt and my mentor, I’m much more confident now. My mentor, Zachin always encourages me to never give up and continuously check up to make sure I’m using the techniques. And that has helped to build my confidence, because I tend to lose hope most of the time. I vividly recall one exam I was about to write (Conservation Theory) I didn’t know how I was going to learn it. Zachin helped me GREATLY with the use of the memory palace as well as the Velcro technique. And I was very positive about that exam.
The mind maps have also helped me to organize my note taking and it has reduced the time I spend to revise.
I feel very positive and confident that I’d continue to get higher scores in my tests and exams and be the best student I can be.
My Genius testimonial
My name is Sika, and I’m a university student. I had heard a lot about the genius course from my cousin, and after seeing some of the things she was able to achieve after, I decided to give it a go hoping I could do the same. I started the course quite late in the semester, but I could already see how the techniques I learned had helped me. I especially like this course because the Genius team would make sure you understand the techniques to apply them in the best way possible. The mentors are very friendly and motivating. At times, it may even seem that they want you to achieve your goals more than you do. I was able to further one of my goals of learning a language with the help of the techniques and my mentor by memorising 30 words a day in the language. The course also helped me improve my speed reading. I have completed books like Mindset in one week. My attention in class has improved, and I have learnt to be consistent; hence I completed a 40-hour course to boost my skill in my CV. I also memorised a speech and delivered it confidently.
I am incredibly grateful I took this course, and I’m looking forward to applying all that I’ve learnt in the coming semester. I want to give one piece of advice: don’t let your perception of yourself limit you. You are capable of much more than you imagine.
My name is Anirudha Nagarajan
My name is Anirudha Nagarajan, I am 21 years old, and a student at City University of London. I study economics, and I’m also heavily involved with the Erasmus Student Network.
Going into my final year, there have been times where I felt overwhelmed or disorganised with the amount of work I have. This is when I heard about Genis from my friend Yass. He spoke highly about it which prompted me to go to the trial run. It was there that I saw the benefits of it and decided to take the course.
The biggest change I felt with the course was my motivation towards learning. My 2 week goal was to cover the first chapter of the CFA book, a textbook renowned for being difficult to learn. I managed to achieve it without any difficulties or setbacks. Likewise I managed to apply it for my 2 month goal which included 2 more economics textbooks, and I’ve been progressing with them at a good pace.
I’ve always had the feeling that my future possibilities were endless, but with Genius, it turned dreams into goals. The course helped me evolve with my learning, making it more efficient and less time consuming.
My advice for future students is to build their goals first around a book or a topic they enjoy. I found for me it was about setting up momentum and making it easier to tackle harder books later. Other than that, it is to be open minded about Genius and welcome new ideas.
I know the future me would definitely thank today’s me for this investment.
I love Genius and cannot wait to share it with the world. I am currently a musician broadening my horizon by learning French and acquiring the relevant skills to make me a prolific music producer. I took the course because I want to improve my time management, memory and general brilliance as I plan to do my masters soon.
Since I began the journey, it has been enlightening and empowering. I knew I had to do something to improve, but I did not know how to do it or where to turn. Genius has shown me a path to delimit my mind and build its strength. I also love the environment because I have a high energy level and I never once thought that I would come across an environment with people who would match such high positive energy like mine. The team has been so patient with us, and they make us feel like our mistakes are not the end of the world.
In the future, I know this course can help me with my musical performances. I can see myself becoming the man of my dreams as I apply myself to the course.
Genius: believe the hype!
I am a partnership executive for a publishing company, responsible for business development and sales, and I started the Genius course last weekend (first week in September). It came very recommended to me by an existing client, but I also realised that it would be great to apply to improve my ability in work and personally with learning languages.
I have been impressed with the technical side of the course, going through and learning why the Genius techniques work from a neurological standpoint. It was also great to see how positive all the staff is, and while the weekend is fairly intense to do over a whole weekend while working full time, I understand why it is necessary to not break it up.
So far, my Genius journey to this point has very positive, and I have been able to learn and apply the techniques, but realise there is still much more to do and achieve! I am really looking forward to applying the Genius techniques to language learning as well as using the reading techniques and mind mapping in my work.
Dare to Achieve
I am Oforiwaa, just an average 17-year-old student who has been able to achieve goals I once thought were too difficult or above me. I first decided to take the course to improve my memory and read faster. I am now able to read more than twice as fast as I used to. I have also been able to read eight books in less than two months, and because I once hated reading, I would say that is rather an unbelievable achievement! The journey through the course has taught me to be more disciplined. I once procrastinated a lot. I would set goals and not achieve them because I was unmotivated and lazy. However, through the help of my mentor, I have grown and now set goals I achieve. I earned an A in biology and an A* in physics for my IGCSE with the techniques I learned. Trust me; I have once STRUGGLED with these courses. My advice to future students is a saying by Michael Jordan; “Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” By taking this course, you have decided to make it happen, to set and achieve goals that the old you would think is something you possibly can’t reach, so work to the end, and I assure you that you will reap the benefits!
My Genius Testimonial
I am a University Student in my 2nd year. I took the course because a friend told me how much she achieved when she took the course. I decided to try it because I wanted to improve my memory and learning techniques to improve my performance in school and the professional world. After the course, my overall learning time decreased, and I was learning more content faster. Hence, I was able to achieve my goal of studying 4 weeks of course content in 2 weeks. With the help of my mentor, I had a more structured learning approach throughout my semester. I started finishing my assignments two days before the due date and managing my time better. Before the course, I wouldn’t say I liked speaking up because I was not confident. However, during the course, I learned how to memorize a speech, and as a test, I memorized a 10 minutes speech and delivered it. This exercise boosted my confidence. Much later in school, I had a final presentation on a course I initially struggled with. With the same techniques I used for the test, I organized 7 minutes final presentation with a mind map and memorized it for impactful delivery. In the end, I scored 84% on the project. I realized after this exercise that I could learn anything if I had enough time because I now have all the tools I need. I highly recommend the course for anyone looking to improve their general learning and work efficiency. I now have a more positive approach to learning and I’ve broken many mental limits.
Testimonial
My name is Kwesi Jackson, and I am a Business Administration student at Ashesi University. In College, there is a lot of information passed on between lecturers and students. To keep high academic standards, one must take advantage of various programs that enhance the mental ability of students. It was for this reason that I got involved with Genius in 21 Days UK. As with the many programs that promise you excellent differences in your mental capability, I was apprehensive about the course, but I decided to trust the process—the outcomes from Genius I have realized and incorporated in my school work. Now more than ever, I can read and internalize things using the techniques from Genius while at the same time increasing my memorizing capabilities to attain more information without being overwhelmed. These skills have become essential for most of my courses. Genius has also helped me with time management which has been very beneficial because it has helped me structure my time and academics to a level that I wasn’t at previously. Through Genius, I have prepared well ahead of time for subjects such as my Entrepreneurship course. I spent two weeks studying for the entire course before the class started in school; this was very helpful and essential for my final grades. I am excited about the future and what I can achieve with all I have learned from the course and the numerous possibilities I can unlock.
Don’t be afraid to explore more possibilities to make yourself better. You can constantly improve, and you need to look out for more opportunities to avoid regretting anything.
Life changing
I am Abeiku, a high school student. I took Genius in 21 Days because I wanted to study smarter and more effectively. Throughout my Genius journey, I went through various reading and memory techniques with my mentors. With constant practice and persistence, I achieved my goals of doubling my reading speed and improving my memory skills. Using the Velcro technique and active recall techniques, I learned 900 Spanish words in a month by learning 30 words a day. The best part is I have moved the words to the long-term part of memory. Hence if I should continue using these words, I will never forget them. I also memorized 330 new English words for my SAT as a month's goal. Also, I love the Mind Mapping technique; it is an essential tool I use, especially in school, when taking my notes. The technique has helped my notes to be more concise and easier to remember. For all the courses I used Mind Maps, I saw that my grades significantly improved. I have also memorized a speech word for word and delivered it to a small audience; the techniques bring me to my final point. Aside from my Academic life, Genius in 21 Days has helped build my social life by helping me be more outspoken and has made me confident about meeting new people from all over the world.
Ultimately, The instructors and collaborators massively contributed to making the course such a good experience. This course has taught me that nothing is impossible when you set your mind to it.
To Breaking Mental Limits 🥂
I first heard of Genius in 21 Days from my cousin. She mentioned there was a demo session happening and that I should check it out. I was about to take my IB exams, so I decided to try the course, and I am happy that I did. I was amazed by what I saw Martina, Simi and Zachin do; soon after the demo, I immediately signed up.
The first three days of the weekend course were some of the best days of my life. When we began, the Instructor told us that in three days, we would break our mental limits. I was hopeful though slightly skeptical. As we learned more skills: mind mapping, memorization, I had almost forgotten about what Giulia had said. However, a few moments before, she revealed to us how much we have progressed and grown. I found myself already imagining what I could do and accomplish with the skills. We had just memorized some foreign words, each one under 60 secs I was thinking about how simple it was and how if I did just 30 minutes every day, I could learn almost 1000 words in just a month. I began expanding on that and thinking about how many languages I could learn because of this. I hadn't even realized I had broken a mental limit till Giulia told us. When she did, I felt this overwhelming sense of relief; knowing that anything was possible as long as I worked at it felt terrific. It was/is a feeling that I will never forget and continue to draw from when I need inspiration.
I went to write my IB's, and among the four subjects I wrote this year, I got three 6's and one 7. 7 is the highest score from IB. This was a significant improvement from what I had been able to achieve a year prior. By applying the learning techniques and having a good work ethic, which the course honed, I acquired this score.
I loved this course because it didn't claim to solve all your problems. It considers all our differences and shows you to love learning in your way. My only regret is that I didn't take this course sooner.
Just In Time
I am Edem Afenyo, a first-year university student, and I took the course in February 2021. After attending the demo session, I chose to take the course and saw an opportunity to improve my output in school after seeing a mentor recall random words and numbers with relative ease. I always had issues with memory of whatever I studied, especially during tests.
Before the course, my worst subject had a predicted final grade of D, with my test average at 4/10 by the mid-semester. My readings had an average of 12 pages per chapter, and I could only read 1 chapter a day to my understanding. But after the course, I could read and understand 3-4 chapters a day, and my final test average became 7/10, and my final grade became a B. Even though this change was drastic, it was my lowest grade out of all my courses allowing me to achieve a first-class grade for my first semester.
Now I feel that I can give my mental capabilities a workout. Now I can adequately gain info and not just recollect it and be more confident in my abilities to retain information and work efficiently.
Epilogue
My name is Hubert Delasi Dake, and I’m a college freshman. I decided to take this course to gain an extra edge in studying and improve my overall learning ability, in and out of school. A couple of months after the course I’ve begun to see some of the benefits of taking it.
Going into the course, I was skeptical about some of the claims made, and rightfully so. But months later I’m glad to have had my doubts proven wrong. My study sessions have become more efficient, thanks to my gradually improving reading speed and effective note-taking. This has allowed more time for myself and other ventures. I’ve also been making significant progress in learning a second language, memorizing and retaining new words more easily than before.
After taking this course it’s clear once more that limits are meant to be broken and I'm certain I have more breaking to do. To anyone taking this course or thinking of doing so, all I can say is approach it with an open mind and the determination to learn, especially when it feels like things aren’t clicking. As a certain Thursday born once told me, if it doesn’t feel awkward at first, then something’s wrong.
Great training
Great training
I live in London and work for a consulting firm as Vice President of Training. Most of my work consists of presenting workshops to public groups or companies in topics related to energy, petrochemicals and sustainability. In my work, as I deal with groups, it is very important for me to be able to answer questions and recall facts on the spot so that I can help attendees learn about the industry and become better at their jobs.
On a personal level I also like to learn new things and improve myself, not only with topics related to my industry, but also by reading, visiting museums, attending concerts, etc. I was always proud of my good memory as a kid. However, at 53 I can see my skills are not as sharp as before.
On morning, by chance, I met Martina outside Moorgate Underground station. She asked me whether I wanted to improve my learning skills, from having a better memory to reading faster and I was quickly interested. It took several months before I was able to join the Genius 21 programme, but once I did it I was very satisfied.
I had three objectives when I joined: improving my memory, reading faster and becoming better organised with my time. Here are the results:
First, my memory. Today I can confidently recall strings of numbers using the system I learned in Genius 21. When I see a short number of 4-8 digits, for example a membership number, I commit it to memory quickly rather than having to write it down. I feel sufficiently confident to memorize a few numbers, even if just for a short time. Every morning I practice the strings from 00 to 100 so that the number associations are fresh in my mind. I have also been learning poems in English and in Spanish (I have memorized about ten of them now).
Second: I am reading faster. I used to read at 220 wpm and today I’m reading between 350 and 400 wpm. It’s a modest improvement but good enough for me. I used to read about 10 books per year before, this year I will read 25.
Third: My organisation skills have improved too. I don’t build mind maps every single time, but, I organise my weeks based on the activities that need to be done and I can block time to do them. I am still too optimistic with the time it takes me to do something, but my current system with a notebook and a diary is much better than having multiple post-its all over the place and some information in a computer, some in a notebook and part in my brain.
What role did Martina play in all this?
First, she introduced me to Genius 21. I still remember our chat that morning outside of the Tube. She kept following up, calling me and looking for options to prompt me to join the workshop. It took almost one year before I could make it to the session. I travel a lot so schedule was always an issue, but Martina was always there with a friendly and patient phone call to remind me.
During the workshop itself, the staff at Genius 21 always ensured a warm and friendly environment. This helped us learn better.
Finally, in the months after I took the workshop, I had follow-up sessions with Martina to help me strengthen some of the learnings, refine my organisation skills and keep track of my reading speed. I always felt I could trust her. She has supported me in this journey from beginning to end and has become a good friend in the process.
