BUYER BEWARE CHINESE KNOCK OFF NOT…

BUYER BEWARE CHINESE KNOCK OFF NOT OEM!!! To start order was supposed to be delivered in 3 days… 3 months later and numerous bs filled calls it finally arrived. Installation was easy and the screen lasted a while 7 months before dying. Called customer service after I learned the unit was a Chinese knock off and they tried to charge me $700 for a repair to fix this defective piece of garbage and paying only $1500 for Chinese crap! Buyer beware!

I got my package very quick and it was…

I got my package very quick and it was very nice. The box it came in was very well packed and very safe. The head unit itself is very great quality. It was a easy install with the hardest part being the clips. I will definitely tell others about this company and plan on buying other products from this company. Thank you very much, signed a guaranteed customer 4L.

What a great experience

What a great experience. I have an 18 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the dripping screen. I live in central Florida so I was able to drop off at their Orlando office. They were finished in just a few hours and everything works great. What a friendly group of people.

Great company, great product. Highly recommended

Wow, what excellent service. The 12" upgrade for my RAM 1500 is awesome. The installation along with the security bypass and the OBD Genie is just great. took me less than 30 minutes to swap out my old 8.4" radio.
Yes it is expensive but I really did not want headaches with units from other suppliers, they just made it look hard and complicated. I definitely recommend Infotainment.com

Great experience

Great experience. The ordering process was quick and easy. I had a couple a couple of questions after I received the radio and they were addressed almost immediately via the chat. I'd absolutely recommend this site and will use it again.
