I posted lots of thorough and detailed reviews with pictures and videos for many products, and never received anything whilst people with much less reviews than me received far more samples. When I reached out to their customer service they were snarky, unsympathetic and unhelpful.

Mi sono imbattuta per caso nelle recensioni fatte a influenster e non me ne capacito di quanto la gente possa essere cattiva e invidiosa. Sono iscritta da qualche anno ad influenster,ho ricevuto tante cose di cui sono veramente grata e solo perché non venite scelte non potete denigrare cosi.Io per i primi mesi non ho ricevuto nulla,poi ho ricevuto cose,poi di nuovo nulla.Non è vero che regalano sempre alle stesse persone,ho fatto iscrivere mia figlia e anche lei dopo parecchio tempo ha avuto prodotti da testare.Non siamo ne influencer ne niente,non seguo tante persone ne sono tanto attiva.

Not sure what's with all the negative reviews. Should you expect this app to furnish your house, or get you all your groceries for you? No. Is it a nice way to get free things by doing nothing but having to review them which takes all but a minute? Yes.

I've used support multiple times for various things. It's bound to happen, because a lot of products are time-based, so you're racing to be the first to claim something. Sometimes there's shipping issues or stock issues because of that. That's to be expected. Every time I've emailed them using the support line, they've gotten back to me within 24 hrs with an actual human response.

Literally the only negative is I had a glitch where an old promotion was still on my page after expiring, which didn't affect anything but the look of the page itself.

There's no reason to not download the app, and see what you can get. Don't trust all the random 1 star reviews.

I've been a product reviewer for over 10 years now, i have found influenster to be the one of the best for me. They send you an invite for a product on your app page, if you would like to review it you just except it then the product gets posted to you, then you put a honest review on your influenster page about the product after trying and using you need to show the product in photos/video with your written review then you keep it, sometimes there's a chance to get % off products or they put a code on your account and you just go to the place or amazon where they sell the product and use the code they have sent. I found influenster so easy to use and send reviews i have had a few when sending reviews they will not send to the added companies website but they do get the problem sorted quickly, it's very rare it happens so all in all it's one of the best one's out there it definitely helps people find out about the products there thinking of buying first.

Takes forever to climb levels after filling in my prfile im stuck on level 8 Ive received one campaign which i left a review on but that wasnt enough they expected me to do a video on tiktok which i am still getting constant notifications after i told them i only do written reviews i got accepted for other products but never received the goods but they are still registering as over due for review cant review if they dont send the goods when you contact support it takes over 2 weeks to reply

I received so many products from this company and the products were very expensive high end products. I got something new every week in exchange for me to tell the truth about what I thought. Unfortunately I was incarcerated and I was unable to review the very last product which was some expensive high end hair color. I live in Gadsden al so I had a lot of people who I reached with the reviews. If you miss a review you miss out but they really are legit and send real products. You just keep active on the site, keep reviewing your own purchases and eventually you are next to test products. I love this company and I saw that people are discouraged but it's truly legit.

I think this ap is awesome! I love seeing everyone and there claims! Some of the claims are unbelievable tbh! I really enjoy this ap! And what it does for people ! And then on top of that i absolutely love doing reviews! Bc if i am going to work hard and buy something you bet im going online and checking out the store and the reviews so its a win win

Got an invitation to join Influenster due to Walmart program being discontinued. As it turns out, Influenster is a storefront for a personal data mining activity. You start out answering many questions to advance through "tier levels". Ultimately, the want access to your TikTok and Instagram accounts. Until you give access you can not advance to tier 6 and receive products to evaluate, but they still have your data. So Beware!

The new version of Influenster sucks. Within the past 2 months, They sent back (ALl items in received and completed) over 10 items, that I had reviewed within following guidelines and what Influenster asked for, all with 1-3 tasks to be redone. I have had influenster for 7 years never had this happen. They keep asking for more and more from you with posts, videos, social media, and photos. I have a hard time with the videos. Especially with personal products. I wrote 3 bad reviews (which I have done in the past), and within minutes they deleted my posts off their Influenster site/app. Very biased. Customer service is horrible about responding to you about anything. They used to get back within 24 hours. You can never completely "level up" and don't understand the purpose of point of it. They send bad or no tracking numbers at all and incorrect shipping and delivery dates. Its not fun anymore and it should be "honest opinions". Deleted my account.

Not bad. Website is not easy to use. When you click 'write a review', it only tells you to get the app, which is a scam. The search engine is terrible and they have too many duplicates of the products

Quite frankly I take products out of my trolley once I see that the item has lots of influester reviews. I don’t trust this company as I have given several honest reviews and have not been selected for any product trials- maybe I’m too honest. It annoys me now when I find items have mostly people receiving items for free who are more inclined to give five star reviews- I feel like I’m subsidising all these free products so now always look for alternatives that don’t have this.

Die Testprodukte sind nicht schwer zu erhalten, wenn man sich ~bei mir ab ab ☆Level 8~ regelmäßig einloggt und Interesse an der App und deren Nutzer sowie ihren Bewertungen zeigt.
Eigene Bewertungen sind auch erwünscht.

Sur l'application depuis plusieurs mois, et à part déposer des avis sur des produits que j'ai déjà (et donc leur permettre de s'approprier mes avis, photos etc), je n'ai toujours pas été sollicité pour essayer ne serait-ce qu'un produit. Je trouvais le concept sympa et moins "select" que le vine club Amazon, mais finalement c'est un service lamentable qui vogue sur la crédulité des gens.

I've received loads of free products in return for my honest reviews which I have given. I'm UK based and reviews go on Influenster and other websites like supermarket ones. I've had random things like 1 Actimel bottle, a tin of tuna! Then I've had cleaning products, drinks and then lucky enough to get an air fryer and a tumble dryer! You have to be quick as soon as a campaign drops. You also don't get offered everything as a friend and I don't get the same. I have only reviewed things I have used. I haven't been made to review things just to up my profile. It's great for me!!

Schnell sein lohnt sich. Wenn man den Alarm für einen Test auf dem Handy sieht, muss man sofort zugreifen damit man dabei sein kann.
Tolle Test und man wird belohnt fürs aktiv sein in der App.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, man findet kaum andere Benutzer um sich zu vernetzen.

I signed up for an account today but realized this is not what I wanted so the instructions say to hit the settings 'gear' button to cancel my account in the app but the settings button is dysfunctional. I keep tapping it and nothing happens, restarted my phone still can't tap it so I literally am unable to cancel my account. Help please.
