Great service and the staff is very knowledgeable

Ordering was done online and because I live in AZ I was able to go to the store to pick up the parts. I immediately noticed the part looked different but the staff explained that this was an upgrade to the old design and actually had more flexibility than the old part.

They are a great company to deal with.

Very helpful and prompt service

Long distance purchase

Ordering from FL for a gear set was a concern for me. However the staff at InFloorParts walked me thru the process to choose the correct parts.

Rubber band broken

Although rubber band was broken on shipment and parts went all over the place. I received very quickly help from InFloorPoolParts and was able to change my faulty mechanism on diffaclean!

Very Knowledgable and Prompt Service

Ordered a replacement valve and after installation, the valve did not sequence correctly. I contacted In Floor Pool Parts and they were very helpful and got the defective parts of the valve replaced and shipped the next day. Parts arrived in 2 days and were installed to fix the problem.

Quick delivery, decent price, product as specified

Quick delivery, decent price, product as specified... Not much more to say. I knew what I needed, they had it in stock at the best price I could find and it got to me quicker than I expected which was good because my old gasket went bad and was leaking like a sieve.

Quick shipping and delivery.

They had very quick shipping and delivery. The price wasn't inexpensive, but seemed to be competitive for the part I was buying. Website was easy to negotiate and yielded a good experience.
