Still waiting for a refund on an item I sent back almost a month ago. They shouldn't have a return policy if they don't want to follow it
Excellent product. Communication and time to delivery was a little lacking but turned up within a week and we love it.

Good Customer Service
Item arrived damaged and glass broken though this was the courier's fault and not the fault of Infinity Decor.
Company was quick to reach out and send a replacement very quickly which was much appreciated. Good quality and outgoing customer service. Thank you!

Allowed an order to be placed when items out of stock
Allowed me to order 4 lights, which were unavailable anywhere else, at the cost of £600, debited me and then advised me days later that the item wasn't in stock which was hugely annoying as had booked the electrician to fit them, and then still had them as available on website !!

Great service! I spotted the door handles I’d ordered slightly cheaper somewhere else and I was credited back the difference. No issues. Would recommend.
