This is a scam. Paid over 1000 for shrewberry biscuits from Kayani bakery. Till date I haven't received the order. They have just been reattempting all the time.. big scammers.

Scam site. They won't send the product. I ordered guylian sea shells for Rs.2000, and not received the chocolates. When I called on the mobile number +918010245198 , the number does not exists. I lost my Rs.2000 😪 I send messages on WhatsApp but not get delivered.

My first booking Shrewsbury biscuits order delivery is abnormally delayed and disappointed.

I book Shrewsbury biscuits from pune to Pune on 21st June'26 for Ts 1296/- but now it shows for city Darbhanga. Now no refund initiayrd by Indygood.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with iNDYGOOD.COM was so appalling that I had to warn others.

What went wrong:

·They take your order and Payment upfront and never ship
· Phone number on the website is maliciously incorrect
· No reply to emails or WhatsApp

I reached out to resolve this, but got nothing. Save your time and money—do not use this company. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Website

I made a purchase from IndyGood and it turned out to be a complete scam. After placing the order and paying the full amount, I never received the product. There is no response from their customer support, and all my emails and calls have gone not reachable due to incomplete number.

I have lost my money and there is no way to reach anyone for a refund. The website looks professional but it is clearly fraudulent. Do not waste your time or money here.

The website is a fraud, ordered sweets never delivered and the contact number is fake and the customer support wont respond.

Scam lost rs 1200 for lays chips 14 days still not dispatched , no response to Watsapp and calling and email

Very bad service. They did not deliver my products and stopped the customer service is very bad to nothing no at all. They do not respond for calls or messages. They are mostly not reachable all the time. I have a pre paid order and they don’t even care to respond nor give a refund as well.

The product was never delivered or the money returned inspite of repeated mails and WhtsApp message over the last 10 weeks.
I got some prerecorded messages that they are trying to assess why the material was not delivered. Now that has stopped too.
This is to put a word of advice that if you need to feel protected do not deal with this agency.

This is the first time I have been scammed online, and I want to document the experience to warn others and support any ongoing investigations.

I placed an order on Mar 19, 2026 for biscuits worth ₹1,057 from a website impersonating Kayani Bakery, Pune — one of India's most iconic and trusted bakeries. I have since confirmed directly with Kayani Bakery that this website has no affiliation with them whatsoever. Kayani Bakery also informed me that they have lodged multiple complaints with the Cybercrime Cell, but authorities have so far failed to take down the fraudulent site.

Timeline of Events
1. Order Placed: I placed an order for ₹1,057 and received an order confirmation.
2. Fake Tracking Number: A few days later, I received an Amazon tracking number — which turned out to be completely fabricated. The shipment was cancelled shortly after.
3. No Response: Their listed phone number is permanently switched off. The only active channel is a WhatsApp number, which appears to be powered by an LLM (AI chatbot) generating human-like but entirely hollow responses — repeatedly assuring me that "they are looking into my case" without any resolution.
4. Dispute Filed: After ~1.5 months of fruitless follow-ups, I raised a chargeback dispute with ICICI Credit Cards.
5. Suspicious Delivery Claim: Almost immediately after I filed the dispute, I received another email — this time with a fresh Amazon tracking ID. The timing is deeply suspicious and appears to be a deliberate attempt to counter my chargeback claim. For all I know, they may ship bricks just to generate a delivery confirmation.

Key Red Flags
1. Impersonation: The website fraudulently uses Kayani Bakery's name and branding without authorization.
2. Fake Shipment Tracking: Fabricated Amazon tracking numbers used to simulate legitimacy.
3. AI-Powered Deception: WhatsApp responses are likely automated using an LLM to mimic human customer support and stall victims.
4. Reactive Fraud Tactics: A new tracking ID surfaced only after a chargeback was initiated — a classic tactic to dispute the refund claim.
5. Unreachable by Phone: Phone lines are permanently off, eliminating any real avenue for resolution.

This is a well-orchestrated scam operation — from brand impersonation and fake tracking numbers to AI-driven customer stalling and reactive delivery fabrication. These are not amateurs; they are calculated fraudsters exploiting the trust consumers place in beloved Indian brands. I urge the relevant authorities and payment platforms to take swift action.

I have ordered from them before, the order was delayed, but the products were good. This time around, in April 2026 - no response. 20 days and counting, no shipment yet.

This is a fake websiite and fraud. They do not give any delivery and have a fake customer care that does not work. They do not offer cancelation and cheater consumers of their money.

Why should i be even giving them a single star? Fraud Fraud and Fraud and i dont realise what are the authorities doing about it. Such a huge fraud taking place from Darbhanga Bihar and no one to check. Shame on the Cyber Crime authorities that they would try erasing porn sites but wont do anything on e-comm sites which are actually just meant for looting innocent customers. Indygood should be hands in glove which is why their site is not being taken off deapite almost more than 50 complaints

Placed the order for Kayani Bakery products through indygood on Friday. We eventually got the delivery today -Monday.
Looking at the inordinate delay we were skeptical if order would even be received.
Frustration started when the cake was stale and with foul smell. We checked the date of packaging only to find it is erased.
Same was for other 2 items too.
I can imagine the one package not having batch no or packaging and best before date. But all 3??
Isn't that surprising?
Funny part is I am not alone and your WhatsApp bot or person responding from that number was quick to delete the review link.
Person behind the number was happy justifying it's handmade product so they don't print date.
And assuring that delivery happens on same day when it is picked. Perhaps true.. and it was picked on Friday.. just our bad luck that we got it delivered 3 days later.. today.

However, I have the details and I would post the review with photos.
I don't know how you plan to compensate for this torture.

Thanks for spoiled mood and glad that we could save ourselves by throwing away the cakes, instead of eating them and getting sick owing to your extraordinary service.
