Indlu Estate Agents Arvostelua

So friendly and proactive. No pushy sales tactics and very personable. Felt so confident with their service. Highly recommended.

We have just bought our new home through the Guys at Indlu in Denton and have to say they were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Donna was an absolute star right up to the day we moved in.
If I could I'd give them a customer service rating of 10 stars I would.

Thank you so much Donna and the team you were fantastic.

“We were very impressed with James’s attitude to selling our mums house. All work done by him was very professional and the house sold quickly as promised. Any queries were dealt with very efficiently by Donna in the office.
Thank you to all that staff at Indlu,
Kind regards

Simon was brilliant! He's been so helpful and lovely to work with.

We were really pleased we had chosen Indlu to sell our mums house. The sale went through quickly and everything completed by James as promised. Any queries dealt with efficiently and quickly by Donna in the office. Thank you Indlu. Marie keogh. September 2019.

Very professional and very fast if you want to put a property in the market. I highly recommend this team!

James is a very efficient, well experienced sales person and very knowledgeable at his job.

He is very conscientious and professional for his clients ( vendor) and potential buyers.

I would highly recommend this estate agent for sales and purchases.

Fast furious and very straightforward
Great feedback

Excellent service. House sold within a week of the board going up. I was very apprehensive but the estate agent gave good, honest advice re the market. All staff have been excellent in their communication with us and have kept us fully informed. Very professional I would recommend the company to anyone.

I sold my property with Indlu and am so pleased I did. From the 1st point of contact they are extremely efficient, professional and provide a flawless service. My house was sold within 2 weeks of it going up for sale and I was extremely happy with the sale amount they achieved for me. I would strongly recommend them to any buyer or seller. Good job perfectly done.

Every member of staff at Indlu that I dealt with was extremely friendly and efficient. I never struggled to get in touch with anyone and always had responses quickly. My house was on the market within 24 hours of them coming to value it and they were open and honest with everything along the way, didn’t feel at all like they were being your standard pushy salesman which is why I chose to sell my property with Indlu.

Mark and Katie was fantastic all the way selling my house nothing was to much trouble could of not asked for more great estate agent only one word the best

Excellent Customer Service from Donna. She was really professional and efficient in a very stressful time moving into a new home. Would certainly recommend!

Donna has been very helpful and supportive during our house sale. She has kept me sane over the past 3 months and I am grateful for everything she has done for us.
We couldn't have done it without her.
Thankyou Donna

Very quick to respond, helpful and knowledgable.

Very professional and excellent at what they do. Thank you Indlu!

James at Indlu has been excellent at handling our offer. The offer was dealt with really quickly, avoiding us waiting around for a decision. We have been updated promptly and honestly at every stage. Would definitely recommend them - they are very efficient and on the ball. Also, it is evident that the staff are experienced and use their common sense rather than reading off a script (which you don’t seem to get with every estate agent). Really happy with the service so far!

Amazing experience selling my home with Indlu - the entire team do exactly what they say they will do. The advice given from initial valuation to sale has been excellent. The team work tirelessly on your behalf providing an exceptional service. Really pleased that Indlu have represented my property and can’t recommend them highly enough: thank you James, Simon and team.

Great service at the rite price. Not ridiculously priced agents but deliver the same service.
We sold in 7 days!
Really happy we chose indlu

Indlu were the only estate agents to give us a proper estate agent service when viewing a house. Compared with Hills Resudential, we were actually shown around by an experienced and professional estate agent, not just a young person texting on a phone hosting a group viewing. Indlu’s estate agent James personally showed us around the house, not as a group booking and was extremely knowledgeable about the property, again something missing when viewing other houses.
Dealing with them during the negotiation of sale was excellent and clear and you could tel the agent was trying to help us and the vendor, acting as a good communicator. Very impressed with the service. After viewing over 20 houses and having very negative experiences, it was very refreshing going through Indlu.
