Terrible Customer Service – Still Billing Me After Account Closure
I used IndiHome Wi-Fi as a foreigner. It seemed like the best speed available, but honestly, I had no other choice. I paid over RP 470k monthly. After one year, I went to a GraPARI outlet to close the account and return the modem, which I successfully did. However, they told me they couldn’t close my account due to a 'technical problem' and because I am a foreigner—which I think was just an excuse. They continued to bill me even though I had stopped the service, still blaming technical issues. I want to warn other foreigners not to use IndiHome Wi-Fi. I’ve also heard from local friends that they have faced the exact same problem.
