This might just be one of the WORST products on the market. Please do not waste your money. Do not buy it. I bought two of them and they both broke the first time I used them. I contacted the company immediately to ask for a refund. No refunds. No replacements. And they took forever to arrive. Company couldn't care less about customer satisfaction or customer service. Too bad I’m not able to respond with a zero. Asked for an exchange, as they do not allow refunds, and I still have not heard from anyone about it. They will take your money quickly and will provide absolutely NO customer service and the products are TERRIBLE. Please avoid.

SCAM. Dropshipping website with useless crap, owner deletes and blocks real reviews under tiktok
Don't order anything from this scam website. All products are dropshipping alibaba crap you can order for a fraction of the price from aliexpress.
I happened to get a washing machine pet hair remover that does not do anything. Erika, who I assume is either the owner or the owner's girlfriend falsely advertises the products by faking results, carefully cutting videos together and manually putting her own disgusting wet hair into the product and portraying it as the actual results. She also lies about being affiliated with the website and deletes and blocks any negative comments left under a video where she fakes the results of the products she's selling. Dear Erika, you can block me all you want, but it won't stop you and your site from being A SCAM AND A FRAUD. You are falsely advertising the products and I will write a REAL review in every single place possible.

No refund for a product that was never received.
I ordered a pet hair removal broom in November 2022. For some unknown reason it was delivered to a package pick-up location, not to my actual house where I had requested the order be delivered while I was on vacation. After a few days at this package pick-up location, the pet hair removal broom was sent back to Indigopetco before I could even accept the package. I emailed their customer service department several times, and messaged the person in charge of their social media account over the last few months with no helpful response or solution. I never received the product even though I was charged for it, and they refuse to give me a refund. What an absolute scam. I'm only giving one star because there is no option to give zero. Stay far from this place!

Faulty product and poor service!
I was so excited to see a solution to dog hair in the wash cycle when Indigo pets popped up in my sponsored ads. I read through the comments and their site reviews and decided to go ahead and order two of the hair catchers. I tested them as soon as they arrived and they are a giant HOAX. I attempted multiple times in various ways after reaching out to their service team for a possible solution. They don't work with just one, they don't work with two. In one correspondence to me when that wasn't working they mentioned 2-3 of them. I have two and I REFUSE to purchase another one considering the first two haven't trapped a single hair. I have recorded video and taken pictures of my findings and reached out to indigo pet. While awaiting their reply I found on their site they do not offer refunds and therefor no satisfaction guarantee. They have disregarded my concerns and offered nothing helpful for the $30 am out. I could pay more money to ship their faulty traps back to them and receive a credit in which I might possibly pick up a non faulty product…but based on my experience, I don't wish to spend another dollar on this company. I wish there was better recourse for these type of companies because it's a giant scam.

Stay away from this company!
I ordered two items from this company and only one of them arrived. I reached out to them multiple times to ask for an update or if they could send me a replacement item. They never even responded to me. I also decided that I wanted to return the item that I did receive, so I reached out about that... of course, no response for that either. So now I'm out $75 for two items that I either don't want or never received. Do not purchase from this company - if we don't buy their stuff, they will soon be out of business and everyone will be better off.

I bought a hair remover for the washing…
I bought a hair remover for the washing machine, it didn’t remove one single dog hair and there were literally thousands. My comments/questions were removed from instagram and they basically ignored me.
I can’t see anything on instagram that’s not praise for the product which is highly suspicious as no one has a product with 100% satisfaction. Very wary, I’ll probably get blocked.
