Nothing was too much trouble, there was no pressure to buy, the guys building the trailers were super helpful and friendly. I had recently taken on a project boat that had a busted trailer. Although I’m handy I didn’t really understand what I was looking at. I took a trip into my local shop (Portsmouth) and was blown away by the amount of attention that Clair and Bill gave me to help me. They answered serval questions so that I could understand and pointed me towards the right products. They did this on multi occasions when I visited the store. Without their help I would still be struggling, they definitely put me on the right path to getting my trailer fixed. I’ve since been able to get the trailer up and running! I will certainly be going back for any future trailer needs.

I had a towbar fitted to a brand new Tiguan. Couldn’t have been happier with the service. Prior to my appointment the team were happy to answer all my questions and help identify exactly which towbar and electrics setup would suit my needs. The team were quick with the installation and kept me updated with progress all the way. Excellent clean job and full explanation of how to remove/refit towbar, and also how it interacted with the cars electronics (like the rear parking sensor). Professional and really nice to deal with. Would definitely recommend!!

First class service from the team in Portsmouth.
I booked in for a towbar fitting on my new car in late January. I went in for the appointment and was met by extremely helpful and friendly staff. After about 10 minutes, i was asked if i had just bought the car as they had found an issue when going to take off the bumper. They showed me the issue with the bumper and said they could continue but it could damage the bumper. I decided to postpone until the dealership could rectify the issue. They could not have been more helpful with this. They kept the job open whilst i got the work done and 3 weeks later i was back and had my towbar fitted.
Throughout the entire process, the whole team were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend using Indespension Portsmouth and will be back with all my towing needs in the future.

What a first class exeprience. Phoned Claire on Monday, visited yesterday, was given a full explanation of what suited my needs best fro ma great selection. I chose a new 12 x 6 Goods trailer with ramp, wanted the LED light upgrade, which was catered for whithin the hour and then shown through all connections, security, hitching on & off and other features before leaving with my new trailer. Thoroughly recommended, Claire and team go the extra mile.

Great service and very helpful to try and keep bill down. Complete rebuild of Rollercoaster RIB trailer which was 20 years old. Team at Waterlooville/Denmead are great.
