Very easy to use as a flexer I love it. This is exactly what I was looking for. Nothing to complain about.

Everyone knows that it's very hard to get a job in London however Indeed flex helped me to get a temporary job and I completed my first two shifts and everything was just amazing. Thank you Indeed flex, without you I won't be able to find a job. Thank you so much.

I have been working for Indeed Flex for less than a year and work has been frequent, with shifts available on a daily basis. They also offer training, to better your skills, which results in even more shifts.

They use modern AI technology to conduct interviews, which means they are not biased in decisions on who gets job offers.

Finally, you are rewarded when your client gives you a high rating. The higher your rating, the more visibile you are to employers, which means, you get more job offers

Being able to clock in and clock out through the app is awesome. You don’t have to worry about accuracy.

A little confusing how to and where to start to get shifts but once you get there it’s super easy. Enjoying using the app.

To be verified (so you can apply for the locked jobs), you need to book an interview by applying for an unlocked role in your area. It always says that there were some, and I am qualified for the roles that I apply for, but when I do, it says that I do not match the criteria, meaning that I cannot get verified, so then I cannot actually get a single shift! It's been a year as well!🙄

I installed the app long time ago but actually checked it thoroughly. However, recently I started to use the app and I found out there is no job available. Everything is locked. I asked them support team, they said I have to apply for a job after that they will verify my RTW! Only after that I can apply for jobs. But the funny thing is there is no job available to apply.

No rules for driving are followed expected to drive for 11hours with no break staff is rude that don't ever reply to u when problems arise

It was great before. Not anymore! One of the oldest ones since it was syft. Summer time jobs are disappearing as unqualified students take over roles such as bartending or barista jobs without having a clue of what they’re doing. I’ve experienced working with other “baristas,” who don’t know what is macchiato or cortado.
Jobs should be released first to experienced ones serving the platform and then to the others. Instead, the instruction now is first come first served. Nonetheless the app has not automatically updated itself! When you realise that you aren’t seeing enough shifts you need to go on Apple app store and update it yourself. A very common practice when there is not enough shifts to everyone during summer time.

It's flexible work and flexible pay. Allows users access to part of their earnings before pay day.
However, people tend to be offered shifts far from their location which leads to increased transportation cost.
