Outstanding value for money - we are using the CRM mainly for Exec Search and are finding it very much fit for purpose. It is easy to stay on top of client/candidate communication and the candidate recommendations come in handy also.
5 Stars for Indago. The service provided has been amazing, they helped us migrate hundreds of client records at no additional cost and are always on hand to help with any queries or to explain how to do something. As with anything new there is a learning curve involved but I can honestly say that this crm is one of the simplest to use with everything where you would expect to find it. It is also good to know that we are not tied into any long term contract although I couldn't see us moving away from them any time soon.
We signed up back in April and have had a positive experience to date. The crm is straight forward to use and allows us to keep track of our pipeline. The support team are also very quick to respond with any questions answered swiftly. We have also grown from 3 consultants to 7 this year and we appreciate the ease of adjusting the number of licenses without being tied into any long term arrangement.
