Horrible Service! Case Manager Casey is very rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me three times. She created a mess of our account. We are very unhappy with the service and treatment by their representatives. We requested to have the matter escalated twice and still no call back from a supervisor. By the way they also go by the name State Filings LLC. I wouldn't recommend their service. Casey really gives their company a bad reputation she needs more customer service training.

If it would let me leave zero stars I would! I’m out of pocket $1100. When I only needed to spend $87 at my local probate office! When I expressed my displeasure and told them I would no longer need their services, do not charge the card on file ever again. They came back with needing proof of a new authorized agent. Now I got my EIN, articles of formation, all that jazz, but for WAY more than $87. I could’ve done what they did. They scam the small business owner! Needless to say, they have tried charging the card on file this year for my “subscription”. I DO NOT need a subscription, I just need a LLC from my local probate office for $87.
I’ve told them they are fired. They got my business name wrong, I HAD TO FILE A $199 amendment to fix it. They said it was my fault, but it was not. They went by my email address and NOT the business name!
This is a scam! Do not use them! They keep trying to ping the card on file, but it’s been shut down and a new one is ordered so they will never get their money for my “subscription”. They have pinged it 2 or 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks and it’s a month before my license is due, so there’s that!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Go to your local probate office or your accountant! It will save you hundreds, even thousands!!

They don’t even deserve one star. I signed up with them by mistake - my fault-I called 3 min after I did and I was told I would get a 100% refund as it happened so fast. Next day - they said it’s already processed and there is nothing they can do. Stopped answering my emails and will not cooperate with me. I wish I would have read their reviews before I did business with them. Do not use this company!!!

My client was scammed by them. It costs ALMOST nothing to do business registration, and they charge 10X what it costs. This is a scam.

THIS COMPANY ALSO GOES BY State-Filings.com! RUN FROM THIS SALES TACTIC ASAP!

Husband was lead to believe he was on a government site (even though the website DIRECTLY LINKED to state-filing.com states otherwise at the very bottom of page)

Thought he was just registering with the state and we were charged 3 separate charges on our debit card with charges from “State Doc Filing” 3 charges were for the following amounts…$508, $180, and $199 (as of 5 days after first charge these are all still showing pending on our banks end even though my husband asked for a full refund and to cancel immediately)

My husband asked for a cancellation and full refund the following day when we saw the $508 charge. This has been an absolute nightmare. This scammer has taken close to $1000 of OUR money. And the customer service is HORRENDOUS. They are real nice until you start talking about how they are fraudulent and scamming you. Please dive deep into the bad reviews because they are very real. It’s also interesting the company hasn’t been around for very long. Little to no information is out there about this company or the other companies they are linked to. Again, my husband was lead to the website State-Filing.com and filled out paperwork there. NOTHING indicated this company Incorpified.

I pray the right thing is done by this company and we see the full $980 they stole from us. The state only has one transaction from this company and it was a $300 charge. THAT IS HOW MUCH THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU!!!! They are tripling the original amounts! This is a crime and I hope to see this scam be ended. Because it is hurting the true third party sites like legal zoom.

I am writing because I made a claim with them and have not heard anything yes. My order number is #323D3BA9A6. Can’t remember the date exactly but I know it was this week for sure.

I would NOT recommend this company. I had a simple LLC startup and it was a complete disaster. To start they spelled the name of my LLC wrong which made me have to pay for an amendment to get the correct spelling. Then I needed to add managers to the LLC and had to do another amendment which took over 2 months to complete because they kept submitting paperwork and was rejected by the state. So out of frustration I had to do it on my own and get a refund from them. Then today I get a notice of delinquency because when they cancelled the request because I was unhappy the check bounced and now I have to pay for the returned check fee of $75 so once again because of their incompetence I have to pay more money so the state doesn't dissolve my LLC. Worst customer service ever. Beware if you use this company, it will cost you so much more than just doing it yourself!!

Scam. I thought I was registering an LLC through the state and didn’t realize it was an independent company. They already charged me $200 twice without my authorization and there is no option to email, the button is disabled. Really upset and will be calling as soon as Monday comes around.

Took 2 weeks. Finally got LLC and EIN. Multiple charges I wasn’t aware of. Asked for information multiple times. They already had. Keep you informed of nothing. I would NEVER recommend them!!! If you do watch your account!!

When I signed up you made it sound like it was going to take a week and only cost so much. It's been six weeks and I have paid more than six times the original price. I am still not incorporated so it seems like a weird time to ask my opinion before you've finished what you set out to do for me.
