Total scam company; ordered men's wallet over a month ago, supposed to be coming out of Ireland. They used something called Query solution tracking. That's a Scam tracking company.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered an item and after a month, the package just stopped moving and tracking status was never updated. I normally don't care if a package is coming from overseas and always allow ample time (if I know ahead of time that is the origin - this is not evident on their site nor in the checkout process). Crazy part is I ordered separate items from other companies on same day that came from Australia and China and they arrived weeks ago.

I reached out to the company four times for updates and then after no response, requested a refund. Still no response. I will be filing a claim with my bank to refund the money that way because it's obvious this company has zero desire to have any repeat business.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I was scammed and never received my parcel or a refund. Don’t waste your time or money.

So dumb for trustiung this company.

I've now waited 30 day and have communicated with the company many times with excuse after excuse now they told me it has been delivered to my mailbox, which is a total lie, do not deal with this company they are a total fraud. You will loose your money! Includecy is a total scam!

Ordered wallet ... followed tracking from Germany thru customs and American customs. On Aug 3 (29 days later) I get a tracking email saying my package was delivered on July 28 to PO Box. I don't have a PO box.
Today is the 16th Post Office researching for me.
Did my $40 go down the drain

Worst company ever. 8 months in and still no wallet. Lie after Lie. This company is complete garbage. Never buy from Includecy.

Over month pass and no wallet. Scam.

Never received my item. They overcharged me, said my wallet had been sent to the wrong address by accident. Said they would send a new one to the right address. Never gave me tracking info. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Took over 10 weeks to arrive, which missed the trip date that I needed the packing cubes for. Ironically when I questioned them about it they gave me tracking info saying it was in my city and would arrive in a couple of days. Avoid this company.

Horrible customer service. I’m going on 3 months and no package. All I get is to be patient and we shipped it out. I have been asking for a refund for 3 weeks and all I get is sorry to keep waiting. There is no accountability and person to escalate this to. I should not have to spend this much energy on this

One star is even too much. Excuse after excuse about why the package is taking so long to arrive, over a month now. As others have said they blame the shipping company, and even claimed my tracking number was wrong. It’s like they’re just making up tracking history. Horrible company. The positive reviews here are most likely from the company itself.

After waiting 3 weeks for my item that I had received shipping information for, coming from Ireland. (it did not say it would be coming from Ireland but oh well) I enquired about its whereabouts. Includecy informed me I had been given a bad shipping number and gave me a new one, it had not yet shipped and it was now coming from China, I asked for a refund and they said it was too late to cancel and to trust the product was good and wait. I finally received it 2 months after ordering, it was not a good product, i asked for my money back and they gave me $3, DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Deceptive practices - Scam. I ordered a wallet at the beginning of March for plans to take with me on vacation in April. It didn't arrive before I left. Includecy.com sent me a tracking link that showed arrived in mid-April while I was gone. However, the tracking number they provided me showed the item was shipped to the wrong state (MA vs MD). When I complained, they asked me to send them an image of the package, which I could not, since I did not receive it. They then sent me an updated tracking link that says it was delivered to my address, which appears to be an effort to rewrite history after the fact. They refuse to refund my money for an item they did not deliver.

I ordered the Item on 03th of march 2025. Until the 6th of may 2025 no package arrived. The support tells me Trump is the Problem and I have to be patience.
I toled them i want my money back.
Nothing happened.
This company is scamming their customers.
Do not buy from them.

Too bad there is not a zero star, they don't deserve one star. Mine is the same story, my package is showing it is in Augusta, GA since 4/26. I asked why and they blamed it on tariffs, I guess the scammers have a new covid excuse to use. Augusta is not a port city and it passed customs a few weeks ago. Note they will not respond.

Achtung! Hände weg. Fake Lieferung auf Fake Tracking Portal. Glücklicherweise hatte ich mit PayPal bezahlt. Sonst wäre nichts gekommen. Hände weg.

Do NOT order from here. Terrible products. Terrible costumer service. DEFINITELY some sort of scam
