Super convenient app. It is fast and transfers to other INCHARGE accounts are instant. Big plus point that they do not charge any FX or additional costs. I make all my online purchases with it. They have added Apple Pay as well, which makes very easy to use on a day to day basis, you can also use the physical card they send to you.

Really easy and smooth onboarding process. Easy to top up my account instantly with Cards and Open Banking. I also really like that I can use it on Apple Pay and the customer support is really quick to reply. It would be nice to have a SEK account.

I have used Incharge since last year mainly to send money to friends, I also use it to pay with cards when I am abroad and the services have been good in Europe and when I travel to Southamerica. When I had a question regarding virtual cards the customer support that replied fast and I can see they are adding more services to offer. I like the style and the webpage.

Incharge is a great and simple banking app.

You get everything you need completely free of charge.
Of couse it has proper regulations, they have asked me to provide proof of source of funds twice in 18 months, but this is something usual for me coming from swedish banks.

App is simple, efficient and fun.

Using Incharge for a long time, have never experienced any issues, can load money on my account and I’m sending money to other banks, and it is ok, on time, I am also using cards and it works good.

Don't use your money here. I used my visa on this service the money got charged but the site claims they can't see the money in the system. I have contacted my bank and the money has been sent to them but they deny they have gotten them and won't help me the slightest. Stay away from these scammers

I can not access to my account , i can do nothing , after received a transfer , more of 1800€ , ans nobody asked to my questions or mails

Jag har fått laddaren hemskickad i april 2023, med löfte om att installationen skulle dröja 6-8 veckor. Nu är det 15 oktober 2023 och jag har ännu inte fått någon återkoppling om när installation kan ske. Jag har ringt kundtjänst 4 gånger utspritt över tiden där jag varje gång fått samma svar: ”oj! Det var konstigt. Det ska jag fixa…”.

After I made deposit they have blocked account and giving no deadlines for refund. Almost 1 year already past and they still do not know when they proceed with refund. I was forced to apply for a chargeback as well as go to a court and write a statements regarding stolen money. Do not ever use their services - they will block you forever and will not return your money even thoug they will say "we regret" but actually they do not care.

This bank is definitely good, but unfortunately they blocked my account with my money in it, it's now 3 months and I still haven't heard anything from them. I hope I will get an answer as soon as possible and they will find solution regarding my money. I still believe in the bank its potential.

Big scam. Fraud company.

Deposited 100€ and then they blocked my account. Waited over 2 weeks for the refund.

Sent them details and they are just giving delays and more stupid reasons for not transfering my money back.

Man kan förstå att ni reserverar ett belopp för att kolla om det är ett aktivt konto. Men att hålla i pengar så länge så att när det gått 8 dagar trots att laddbeloppet dragits från kontot blir man förbannad. Banken måste enligt lag släppa på dem efter 8 dagar och det var därför jag fick tillbaka pengarna. Incharge säger att detta har varit ett återkommande problem som de försöker lösa? Skyll inte på banken de håller bara på pengarna så länge ni inte släpper på reservationen. Som sagt fick pengarna enbart för att banken följde reglerna om 8 dagar. Fixa era fel o skyll inte på banken detta har skett så många gånger ge mig en anledning att ladda hos er igen? Tur att samma inte sker när någon tankar sin bil med vanligt bränsle då skulle deras konto vara på noll under semester. Skäms på er och skyll inte på skoskav när ni har protes/Arg Kalle..

They blocked my account and my wife's account. For more than a month, tech support has been unable to help. They reply once every two weeks. Money is frozen in the accounts. Be careful with this service. I do not advise!

Enviaron un correo diciendo que si les valoraba positivamente recibiría 20€ en mi cuenta, varios meses después de haberlo hecho no he recibido nada.

La aplicación funciona bastante bien y tiene un diseño intuitivo, de momento no he tenido problemas.

If I would to rate the functionalities themselve - this would be a 4 star review, but I give an additional star for the amount of improvements done since start.
Additionally, the setup and maintenance is costless which I like.
The UI has been redone and is now simple but functional. Minimalistic and fast.
Incharge to incharge transfers are instant which is really great.
The physical card arrived quickly and had no issues with it.
The sole fact I dislike is that Instant topups are not available for my region (Poland) and need to utilize a card instead, which is not always that smooth.
But all in all it's a really good app with perspectives.

Easy onboarding with multiple verification methods, such as BankID or passport/ID verification. The app is user-friendly and not complicated to use at all. Basically no fees and most importantly no FX fees, which is really great. The only things missing, which is also the reason for a 4-star review, are SEK account and a “My budget/my spendings” function.
