Order came, half the items ordered were missing.
Others were damaged – damaged enough for a so-called gift-shop you wouldn't want to gift them for Christmas anymore.
No one replied to my e-mail in days. When I sent another one or two e-mails I was refunded for the sum missing from my order but no one replied to my request to return the order fully. More emails, no replies followed.
Shop was taken down. No one ever replied.

Inakono did not ship my already paid order nor do they respond to any message I sent them via different channels. Also, the phone number does not exist when you call it - strongly recommend against ordering here!

Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas eu une expérience aussi agréable d'ouverture d'un colis. Je ne dis rien de plus pour laisser la surprise. Les cache pot sont d'une super qualité en plus d'être hyper beaux. Ce sont aussi des produits artisanaux et ça aussi cela me plaît de soutenir leur activité. J'avais commandé le bleu et le vert que j'ai trouvé tellement parfaits (élegance et taille idéale pour les orchidées) alors du coup je viens d'acheter aussi un blanc. Prochain cadeau que j'aurai à faire, je sais maintenant où commander :-)

I found this cool web shop through an ad on IG. I usually do not click on ads, but the aesthetics got me. I just received my cups with a beautiful personalized note, and my coffee now tastes like sugar even though I do not add any (I have diabetes)
