I’ve been using impulze for quite some time now, and it’s honestly made influencer work a lot less messy. The UI is clean and easy to figure out and anyone can use their templates for influencer search.

What I really appreciate is the customer support. They’re quick to respond and actually try to help instead of sending generic replies. You can tell the team cares about improving the product and listening to feedback.

I’ve also seen how impulze has grown over the years. The platform keeps getting better in practical ways. It’s especially useful for people who want better visibility and control over influencer campaigns.

Definitely recommend it if you’re serious about influencer marketing and want a tool that actually supports you.

I've been using the product on & off for over a year hoping that the development team would implement updates that have been suggested by paid users.

There's a small update that's been pending over 6-months that hasn't been added to their roadmap that helps many of us in the industry with reporting. Instagram reel video views don't get summarized into the campaign reporting, which would save us so much time, and to that end we can't share the campaign share functions with clients because the overview/numbers are inaccurate.

At one point before Instagram & TikTok had their first party creator platform, marketers relied so much on software companies like Impulze to crawl creator data that was easy to digest to improve our outreach.

Rather than focusing on core influencer metrics that save marketers time, they've introduced other products like UGC that's not hard to track with a spreadsheet. Another feature they have recently released is outreach that could save time, but it always looks better when it comes from the brand. This feature might be better geared towards gifting influencers or brands with small to no budgets.

Their free Chrome tool that's required to save creators into list for campaigns did not work half the time when we first signed-up. It's still a hit or miss at this point when pulling metrics from creator accounts.

I'm not sure if they can develop features as quick as other tools that have been in the market for over 5+ years. Still recommend it for those just getting started who don't have access to TikTok Creator Marketplace or Instagram Creator Marketplace.

I love using Impulze.ai for two main reasons: the UX design is excellent and user-friendly, and I can quickly access the information I need. It has a large number of influencers, and the standout feature, in my opinion, is their SocialIQ plugin because it shows influencer engagement rates and insights directly in Instagram and TikTok. I also use it to demonstrate to some of my clients, and they are impressed by it.

One downside would be the search limitations, and I wish we could get monthly renewals for detailed reports. However, I believe it is worth getting, just by having their SocialIQ plugin for Chrome.

Impulze.ai has been exactly the right tool that I have been looking for. It has saved me a lot of time and money finding the right influencers for my business. I can do it myself in minutes instead of it taking hours or having to pay someone to do it for you.

I am writing to share my deeply frustrating experience with Impulze.ai, an influencer marketing tool that has proven to be a major disappointment on multiple fronts.

Unreliable Product: From the very beginning, the core features of Impulze.ai, such as discovering and searching for influencers, simply do not work. The extension is non-functional, and to make matters worse, one of our cohorts, where we had saved influencers for a specific campaign, went missing without any explanation. This mishap caused our entire marketing team to waste three precious days.

Inaccurate Reports: The tracking content feature is equally unreliable. The product is sketchy, often hit or miss, but mostly miss. The statistics provided are not accurate, and the reports generated for the influencers I work with are riddled with major gaps. Despite claims of value-packed reports, they are far from accurate.

Misleading Promises: During the sales process, Impulze.ai comes across as highly receptive and eager to hear any concerns or suggestions. However, this facade quickly crumbles once you make a purchase and start facing issues. They are unresponsive, dismissive, and unwilling to acknowledge the problems. Instead of providing the support they promised, they block you out, leaving you to deal with the issues on your own.

Refund Issues: I purchased a lifetime deal, believing in their promises of a reliable and efficient influencer marketing tool. Despite being well within the 60-day refund period, Impulze.ai has neither resolved the numerous issues nor processed my refund. This blatant disregard for their refund policy is not only unprofessional but also highly unethical.

Overcomplicating Marketing: Impulze.ai claims to streamline and simplify influencer campaigns, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Ironically, using something as simple as Google Sheets would be a far more effective solution for managing campaigns. At least with Google Sheets, you can rely on it to function consistently and accurately, without the disappointment and headaches caused by Impulze.ai.

Customer Support: The worst aspect of Impulze.ai is their customer support. They are unresponsive to feedback, constantly insisting that the product is working fine and refusing to provide any assistance. The founder's attitude is even more disheartening, dismissing feedback by claiming they have bigger things to do.

In conclusion, Impulze.ai overpromises and underdelivers on every front. The product is unreliable, the reports are inaccurate, and the customer support is abysmal. I strongly advise against using Impulze.ai for influencer marketing needs. Save yourself the frustration and consider alternative solutions like Google Sheets.

Impulze.ai makes it very easy to search for influencer accounts that match my criteria. From those results, I can easily pick which ones I want to reveal contact information for, and voila I'm off to the races!

Impulze.ai is its easy collaboration. It allows our team to compile influencer lists and set up campaign menus, ensuring everyone stays on board with our progress. Impulze takes a huge amount of our team’s time in developing our marketing initiatives with influencers. Additionally, our team can easily add published and impactful content to Impulze and automatically track important metrics. Notably, Impulse doesn’t limit us to Instagram influencers; We can also include the names of influencers from YouTube and TikTok, although I haven’t yet checked for compatibility with Twitter. Overall, it streamlines our team’s efforts and is incredibly user-friendly.

Really great platform to review influencer engagement rates quickly. Support is also really good and responsive.

Once we created the base messages that work for influences (and made slight personalized tweaks) of our niche we got 100 times faster results. The time we spend on influence strategy is around agreements/deals. NOT on finding the right people.

You can even create a custom database of influencer profiles with contact info. The real-time access to key influencer insights is also incredibly helpful, especially since you can see engagement metrics that aren't public. And the fact that you can track campaign performance and share live reports with a single link is a huge time-saver. Overall, impulze.ai is a must-have for any agency or business looking to streamline their influencer marketing initiatives.

A little tool that is needed for everyone who works with Influencers. Just the database itself is worth the money. We've tried many similar apps and honestly the database was so bad. I couldn't find at least 10 Influencers in Australia for fitness category but Impulze a ton of them with the actual data.
