We were promised a dedicated account manager, who understood linkedin. What we actually got a was what seemed to be someone learning on the job, we have a pretty tight niche, and the datasets shared with us no way matched what we discussed.

When we tried to explain the issue, it became clear they didn't understand the requirements.

The terms we were shown originally, didn't line up with what was in the contract which became a pretty big red flag, so after those two things we decided to end the engagement.

About a year later, I'm surprised to see several unexpected charges on our card about a week apart.

When we contacted the team, we were told its an accounting error. We attempted to resolve it with multiple people, including Justin, but there has been no follow-up.

I've even reached out on linkedin but It looks like ive been blocked by Justin now.

This was our experience, and others may have a different experience, but just very disappointing because the content is so good

Justin helped us with a public experiment for LinkedIn Ads, giving us the strategy to run a campaign for our own Incubator for the first time. It was a great success, and Justin's strategic advice played a big role in it.

We've also been lucky to have Justin share his expertise with our audience on several occasions and we always get great feedback from it. Thank you Justin!

Solid team - been working with Justin and JD for years as a trusted partner to send our clients needing LinkedIn ads help & support. Well recommended if you need to finally nail demand gen, build trust and start seeing pipeline from LinkedIn ads.

While their proposal was professional, we were handed off to entry level people immediately. We spent a lot of time introducing them to our business, content, thought leaders, etc. and they didn't review any of the resources requested.

Their copywriting and creative services were subpar. They were unable to execute and move forward beyond onboarding. I would highly recommend against using this agency. It was a waste of time and money.

Pretty much the worst experience I have had in terms of managing expectations.

They have a front man (Justin Rowe) and then a few other guys BUT you get an inexperienced account manager (mine was called Faith) who wastes your money.

$12,000 wasted. 4 leads.

When I complained to management (JD Garcia) he blocked me on Linkedin.

Impactable's rep put it best when he said, "we said we were gonna do it, and we didn't do it." Over the months they succeeded at spending a lot of money, and nothing else. The ads were bad, like getting the name wrong for a customer giving a testamonial, ignoring our brand guidelines, and copy-pasta bad. The service was also sub-par and we never received a lot of deliverables. For weeks nothing happened on our account because the core team doesn't do anything and the latest subcontractor hadn't been added to our LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Save yourself time and money - get an intern or a rando on Fivver before spending money with Impactable.
