Avoid this company. I placed an order with Immortal Guard, and when I politely followed up about the shipping timeline, their response was to cancel my order entirely and force a full refund. They literally stated they did this 'in order to avoid any further inconvenience or frustration'—which is just corporate speak for 'we don't want to deal with customer inquiries.' When I told them I still wanted my order fulfilled, they sent a cold, arrogant follow-up message stating they have a 'right to refuse service' and that the 'matter is considered closed.'
They have zero customer service skills and treat buyers like a nuisance rather than valued clients. If you want a company that actually honors your purchase and communicates professionally, look somewhere else.
To make matters worse, after I called them out on this unprofessional behavior, they immediately blocked me on Instagram to hide their actions. Total cowardice and zero accountability. Avoid this shady business at all costs.

Disappointing experience – No clear response

I placed an order through this website and unfortunately my experience has not been positive.

After making the payment, communication became very unclear. I did not receive proper updates regarding my order, and my attempts to contact the company have either gone unanswered or were not helpful.

As a customer, I expect transparency, timely communication, and professionalism. At this stage, I am still waiting for a clear resolution.

I hope the company will address this issue promptly and improve their customer service.
