For some time I used the free image enlargement services based on waifu2x. They work well, but I wanted the service to think out more details. And with the help of Google, I found what I need. The result is amazing, especially in High-Grade (Slow) mode. The only thing is that at a certain time of the day the service gives errors or the result is not issued for a very long time. An excellent tool that will help you enlarge images easily and quickly. It does not need installation of any kind since it runs on your browser of choice in any operating system and, more so, it is free for source images up to 800x800 pixels. And if you want more, then you can upgrade to a paid plan of your choice at a very convenient price.
You should try it (at least).

Very impressed with results
I'm very impressed with results of Imglarger. It is specially good at enlaging images with text and graphic signs.
This came in handy with my use case: I still keep a large collection of music stored locally and I like it to have beautiful, hi-resolution album art. But some of my music is non-mainstream and it was really impossible to find hi quality images for their album covers.
With Imglarger I was able to turn some crappy 500x500 images into beautiful 1000x1000 album covers. Thank you so much.
Just one note: as with anything related to AI, Imglarger still has a lot to learn. IMO, it needs to improve the quality of human faces when enlarging images.
