Had a missing part in my package for my first escooter. Though I felt let down, their customer service team promptly shipped me the missing part and even followed up to check whether everything was okay. I would buy again!

Terrible product, worse service.
I bought a Zeno 2.0 by Gyrocopter electric scooter here, that goes about half the promised speed, does not go up hills, and has about a tenth of the promised range.
When I wrote to customer service about the problem, they were both useless and insulting. The company presents itself as trustworthy, but do not under any circumstances buy from them.
