I ordered my dress on Monday and received it by Wednesday. Thank you for being so efficient. The kitty dress is lovely. It is the perfect fit and I will enjoy wearing it to the wedding I’m planning to go to.

Happy with my linen pants . I'd seen them locally in coffs harbour, but they didn't have my size . Ordered online . Very quick delivery with Aus post . I love shopping at harbour town shop but haven't been able to get there due to covid .

Love the clothes, beautiful quality and received them really quickly.
My only comment is that having the option for shorter lengths, particularly long pants would be fantastic...i have to have my new ones taken up by 15cm. The fate of short people :-)

Thank you for letting us know! Unfortunately, we are unable to do much in regards to shipping times to New Zealand due to Covid and the lack of air couriers. I have followed up with the postal service and it seems there are large delays around the festive season!
We here at Imagine Fashion picked and processed your order to get your parcel dispatched on the same day as the order had been placed. 7th December 2020.
Even with the delays that are out of our control, we are committed to picking and processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure the package is in the postal system to hopefully minimise delays.
